This is our second mattress purchase from Sleep Outfitters. Where will I go for my third purchase?!
You guess it, Sleep Outfitters!! Carla was absolutely wonderful, took the time to ask us questions, which room would this mattress be in, who would be sleeping on it, ect. She didn’t rush us nor did we feel pressured to buy a more expensive mattress.
Then the price was amazing! Even though there were no “Big Sales” going on, she made sure she took care of us.
I’m telling you right now- I wouldn’t go any else!! Thank you for the customer service and we will definitely be back!!

I have never had an individual be more thorough and care about her job more than Carla McVicker in Madison, AL. From the moment we walked in the store she greeted myself and my wife, asked questions and genuinely wanted to help us find the mattress that fit us the best. Very knowledgeable and professional… I would recommend her out of the entire Huntsville/ Madison area. She actually cares about what she is doing and you don’t feel like you’ve made the money and now it’s your job to figure out the rest
