The worst experience I’ve ever had with a dry cleaner was with Martinizing at Providence. It took almost two weeks longer than they said it would to complete everything, and by the time it was ready, their hours of operation were so bizarre that I wasn’t able to pick up my clothes. I had to get someone else to do it. Also, when the clothes arrived at the Providence location, they were crammed into the back of a truck, and they came out wrinkled as could be.
I recommend that everyone avoids using Martinizing at Providence for their dry cleaning.

Avoid this location if you actually need your dry cleaning to be returned on the schedule they give you. Or returned at all. If Google allowed me, I would give this location 0 stars. They were closed for a full week due to a machine being down. I understood that, and waited the full week before I could drop off a few pairs of pants. Then, when I dropped them off on Monday, I was told to pick them up on Friday. I got no call on Friday, so I called them. No answer. Went to the location. It was once again closed during its posted business hours. It is now Saturday. I called again and got no answer. Went to the location. Closed again. Called the other location to try and figure out what’s going on, as I need my pants by Monday. I was told I could call on Monday when they open to see if the pants are ready. So now, even if the first location manages to be open when it’s supposed to be, there’s a chance I’m screwed and have no pants anyway. I have no clue how the local location stays in business. This was my first time using them, and will be my last.

I have been to the Providence location 3 times (closed), been calling (no answer have left a message), now calling the 5- points location (no answer/mail box full). We have been customers for a while but what is up? Poor, no customer service.

Not super impressed and kind of puzzled why the company would ask me to review them. Here we go.
We are new to the area, and this is our closest dry cleaners. Where I grew up, this was the fancy dry cleaners in town, here it is not.
The first time I tried to take clothing in I went on a weekday at 2 PM and it was closed.
Went back a few days later it was open at 4 PM and Wanted to drop off clothing. It was a Monday, they said that the dry cleaning would be ready on Friday, that is five days! While I was standing there, the lady said that the day had been updated to Monday. One whole week! I left a dress which was not needed quickly and then took the rest of the stuff and found a different cleaner.
I sort of think of this place might smell like pot, my husband said it might be from the steak restaurant two doors down. But whatever it is, there is a musty smell.
Anyhow, this is not our dry cleaner. We will not use it again. My dress did come back a week later and it was beautiful and lovely.

Unfortunately they shrank two shirts and lost another one. The owner does not even apologized or try to make it right. His answer was to tell me I was wrong about missing a shirt. Not coming back to this place ever again

I’ve tried to hang in there with you all, but the constant changing of operating hours and “closed today due to staffing issues” has made Martinizing inconvenient. Saturdays are often the only time I can get to your facility, so to get there to find your handwritten note saying you’re closed is really frustrating.
