Went here tonight and was having a heck of a time getting an app to work to pay for my purchase!!! Despite such issue and so busy, Bee was so kind to help me try to get it to work about 3736352636 times and it never did. She still showed her kindness despite it not ever working. Not to mention, there was a guy there with many cool piercings who really liked my sparkly Hey Dude shoes; so much so he snapped a pic of them lol! He brightened my day as well. I love y’all— I’ll be back!!!

everyone here is so welcoming, kind, and sweet, and you can tell that it’s completely effortless and they love what they do. i have so much fun going and perusing the store, and tatum and willa specifically are always so helpful and patient with me. :) i was given a sample one of my favourite fragrances by one of their employees and honestly it made my whole year knowing there are still such thoughtful and caring people in the world, especially nearby. this store definitely has a community vibe to it that i feel no other corporate stores could even begin to match. thank you all for being so helpful! ?

Had an amazing shopping experience at the Lush Bridgestreet location because of Tatum's help. This was my second time as of late being helped by her and I was able to find everything I was looking for! Overall, I felt so welcome here. Definitely will be returning, maybe sooner than anticipated because there are so many smells I can't stop thinking about! Thanks Tatum!
*Edit= came back to exchange an item and was helped by even more wonderful staff. Bee and Erin made it a completely painless process and offered so much knowledge on the products I was interested in. I just had to add to my review because the level of customer service being delivered at this location is outstanding. I agree with the other people in this review section. Whatever these lovely people are being paid it is not enough because they go above and beyond more than any other retail workers I've meet lately. Absolutely floored with the great experience here!!!
