I purchased a purse 16 days ago. I was using it and the zipper stuck open. I was not able to move it. I brought it back to the store. Obviously I have used the purse. I had it for 20 days. I didn’t know the zipper was going to stick within those 20 days. I returned it and they said because I had used it. I could not get a refund. She very reluctantly allowed me in exchange. Not going to shop here again.

Horrible customer service. The manager Rebecca basically harassed us and kept asking if we wanted help after declining multiple times. She refused to honor the military discount even after seeing my I.d. She stated my I.D wasn’t honorable due to it being a Veterans I.d. She also dresses as if she’s ready for bed, no judgement but I would prefer my children not to see your entire breast(s).

Went here Saturday with my family, never in my entire life have I ever recieved the worst customer service. I hadn’t been in the store 30 seconds and was just looking at jeans on the table and this blonde woman came up to me and asked if I needed help, I politely declined, after declining she continued to be persistent and would not leave me alone, after I told her I was good for the 3rd time. The coworker (a guy) across from her just kept looking at her to stop, but she wouldn’t leave me alone. I have never felt so harassed in a store, I got some jeans and tried them on but I couldn’t even get them because I was so frustrated by how she acted and how I felt. So my family and I just decided to leave, just couldn’t get that sour taste out of my mouth. I had shopped here before and every other time, the people in there was extremely nice but its like that time, I literally couldn’t even look without this girl bothering me. Just sad, I was planning to spend a couple hundred on jeans because I needed some and I love lucky but I decided to go to another store on Bridge Street and spent my money, where the employees were super nice. I definitely will not be back at this location. Pro tip for girl because I have work in various environments in my lifetime, if you want to make sells or get customers, do not harras them, let them browse and look around, after someone says no they don’t need help, accept it and go on, they will come to you if they need something.

Fantastic selection of high-quality jeans of different varieties and styles. Love their signature trademarks too, just my kind of humor. The cashier here was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction to just what I was looking for. Would shop here again!

Requires a name so you can return items. I've never had to give an email or name to any other business (not that I return that many items but still), but this one requires it apparently. So, I had them put back the shirts I was going to buy. Very sad and the girl didn't even apologize and apparently did not care.

Lucky is one of my favorite stores. I have been to this location before and it was great. But this morning we came right when it was supposed to open and stood outside freezing for 30 minutes. It never opened, no one answered the phone and online chat was no help. Very disappointing.

So I was in the Store this evening. First time in seven years.. everything they have is great quality and my jeans and shirts from seven years ago are beautifully aging. I stopped going due to the sales persons. I looked great in everything according to sales person.. that was not true after I bought , washed and then disappointed.

The manager William Mahan is rude, condescending, and below unprofessional. He has no business in a managerial position and definitely not customer service. Instead of LISTENING for why an item needed to be returned... he was too busy being sarcastic, about the bag that contained the item. He made snide comments about my liking the item when I purchased it, which was not his business to comment on. He questioned my character by saying I had not purchased this item from that Lucky store, based on a tag. That would be correct... I purchased the item from Lucky in Greenhills Mall (Nashville). He insinuated the item came from an "outlet' store. I hope corporate takes a look at these reviews and reconsiders who is representing their store.
