Ben went absolutely above and beyond to help us find the right item and tools for our next house project. We probably spent over 30 minutes trying to locate the item and he never gave up until we found it!! I will 100% recommend this location to anyone!! THANK YOU BEN! You rock!!

Was overcharged for items. Realized when I got home and hadyogo back. They argued with me and standing there for a long time. I went back and picture of the sign. They were very rude. It took me two hours to get my refund.

This is the absolute worst Lowe’s I’ve been too
And I used to work at the one in Madison for years. This one has about everything locked up. And when you need something an associate is no where to be found. I bought something that wasn’t even over 150.00 that was locked and the associate then followed me around the store like I couldn’t be trusted until I paid for it. Racial profiling. Also you can’t lock things up and complain people steal then only have self check out open that makes it easier to steal. Nimrod management

Stop by this Lowe's to pick up some wood 2x10x12 pressure treated board. The selection that was on the lower shelves that was readily available was minimal and complete garbage wood. The wood that needed to be taken down with a lift from the upper shelves was unaccessible due to employees not being available. Does it really take a customer to point out that more wood needs to be brought down because what's left is complete garbage. Where the hell is the management.

Bought a LG refrigerator at Lowe’s recently and will never purchase another appliance from them again. One week after it was delivered I called to ask for an adjustment to the small second drawer. It wasn’t installed properly on delivery, very hard to open and close, the guy who set it up said it would work better after some use. He obviously didn’t want to spend time working on it. Lowe’s told me it “was out of warranty “. ! Really, a week later ?! They sent some guy out today and he didn’t have a clue . Kept saying it is working fine and they can’t do anything about it. So, take your chances but their customer service is nonexistent.
