Horrible! Made a huge financial mistake purchasing our kitchen cabinets from Lowe's. The cabinets, Shenandoah, are flawed and Lowe's has doon a poor job trying to make it right. Even after several replacements; they could not get it right -- the cabinets came in damaged. Lowe's Kitchen Designer for Lowe's, did a poor job in securing our cabinets; in spite of having the exact drawings and measurements! This is not his first rodeo - his errors cost us a great deal of money, heartache and time. We no longer us our Lowe's Pro -- no pros there.

Portia is a GOD given angel, I will forever support Lowes due to her kindness, compassion,and generosity! My son was in need at AAMU and she made sure my baby was well taken care of and I dont know her from Adam to Eve but she truly blessed my spirit and my family and I can only thank her from the bottom of my whole heart ❤️ Ms. Portia may GOD let the CEO of Lowes know you are truly a tremendous asset to their company!!! Thank you LOWES FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT HELP and HAVING MS. PORTIA AS AN EMPLOYEE!

Manager was very helpful with our customer service needs. However staff in the plumbing department was not knowledgeable about their products.

Understaffed,can't get any help .you can buy products here as in appliances but they don't provide the replacement parts to fix them when they no longer work..had to lift a 104lb product myself because the workers were not available, home depot at least checks to see if you need help

Great for every home improvement project. This is often our first stop when planning and executing our home repairs or upgrades. Their garden center is always beautiful and well stocked with everything for our yard. Thankful for the helpful staff there as well!

This Lowes is terrible, I have been living in Huntsville for 5 years and I have shopped at this location many times. I have been assisted maybe 7 times in 5 years and greeted maybe twice. The customer service here is terrible, whenever they do help its like you're causing an inconvenience. I usually just go to the location in South Huntsville, at least there you can get some decent customer service.

On 10/ 20/2023 I purchased a stove, cord and a dishwasher. I had someone pick up the dishwasher. They had him wait for an hour because they could not find it. I asked to have the stove delivered on 10/25/2023. They came well after the delivery time. When they came there was not a cord for the stove that I paid for. The next day Justin from the store called me to say they would be bringing the cord out sometime today but he could not give me a time. Ten or 15 minutes later the delivery driver calls me to say they are at the house. This is the second time they did not give me a 30 minute heads up that they were delivering my merchandise. I called lowes to speak to the delivery supervisor and she refuses to call me. I have left messages in the past for her to call me about delivery issues and she has never called. I feel that some of the money that I have paid should be refunded to me due to the inconvenience. To them it does not matter. The driver did not want to wait 20 min for me to get to the house when I had to wait 2 hours after the delivery window for him the day before. I will not shop at Lowes anymore. A couple of weeks before they delivered damaged merchandise to a property and did not wait for us to come and inspecte and did not call 30 mins before. They left the merchandise with people working in the house. Then when they deliver the new refrigerator, tell my daughter they knew it was damaged when they delivered it. Now who does that. I can take my business to Park supply or to home depot. to be honest, I would not give then any stars

My small order was ready at 11:30. I came in to the pickup counter at 5, and it was missing obvious items. I waited an hour for them to miscommunicate the right items. I thought my order was ready. Why am I waiting on an order that you said was ready 5 and a half hours ago? You had 5 and a half hours!

They have people who know what you need to accomplish whatever you are trying to do, and they don’t go for just the highest priced product. We have just finished converting a screened porch into a 4 season room . They were extremely helpful with information about the various we were trying to pick out…by the way we love our new room and part of its success is due to the help of several of the employees at Lowe’s.
