I went in to purchase plumbing tools, GFCI outlets and a sheet of drywall. The man in the drywall area helped me to get a sheet down, held it while I cut it and loaded it on my cart. The cashier who rang me out noticed a chip in the sheet and called for a slight discount. She was very fast, efficient and cheerful. I was given help loading my car by another very kind, helpful and happy employee. Wonderful shopping experience! Thank you!

Dont waste your time trying to call this place. It's quicker to drive 40 minutes and just look to see if what you need is there.

We just completed remodeling our bathroom completely,,
With the exception of only 1 item purchased from LOWES,
Something was broken, missing part's,,, etc etc etc
I have a list of all the discrepancies, and there are plenty.
Missing instructions for ,,, I think you get the gist of.
I've always called this " my store"
But now ,,,, I'm pondering that decision.

So I bought a mower with a oil leak. I let them know about. A few days later I took it back down there they gave me my money back where I could buy another one. So I did got the new one home and realized the seat had a rip in it. It looked like it may of got cut during unpacking. So I took it off the mower took it down there. And they changed it out no questions asked.
Some of the best customer service I have experienced. They made sure I was happy with my purchase before I left the store. It may just be me but it seems like the employees at North parkway care about there customers more and makes sure the customer is happy than the south Park way Lowes

Let's just say customer service here is extremely BAD ?? or was the day I was there. Not one but three different employees had attitudes as if it was a issue to be at work. Not sure what's going on here ?

For the most part, Lowes is an OK source of hardware. They do have a lot of items being a very large store. The 4 star rating is primarily due to employees. Employees used to be polite and helpful, but within the recent past, the employees have become rude and tend not to ask if they can help you find something. My best suggestion is to use their app and know where you are going in the store before you go. All items in the app provide the location by aisle and bay. The pick up counter is usually not manned (except by employees signing in to work even though management says they are not supposed to sign in at a register) so expect to go to the returns desk for pickup.

I can't recommend their online program. The delivery people used a razor blade on my refrigerator door to remove some stuck on foam and scratched it pretty bad. I keep getting submissions to my checking account for purchases that have already been paid.

LUKAS.... talk about a great salesman. I arrived a board over to the Craftsman section looking for a specific power tool. He came right over after me only standing there 30sec. Told him what I wanted. He pointed out an amazing deal for 150$ as a special. Reminded me to get extra blades and helped me carry it all.. tell ya what. He needs a raise. Top tier worker. Has an accent too. So im thinking he might be from somewhere else which makes it even better. Excellent manners
