Great experience with Lifted Trucks Huntsville. A special shout out to Hannah, Troy, and Vonn who handled my transaction but everyone I ran into there was great. I went in to test drive a Wrangler Rubicon and while it was a great truck it was missing a few things my wife and I were looking for. The following day, Hannah sent over some other options they had at different Lifted Truck lots throughout the country and we settled on a near perfect Rubicon from the TX location. We settled the paperwork (received a fair price for my trade in) and they even gave me a sweet Bronco to take home for a few days while we wait for the Jeep to be received from Texas to Huntsville. It showed up three days and later and took delivery. Super smooth! Friendly people, great stock on hand, and solid prices make me a repeat buyer when I'm the market for a truck.

Top notch sales service. Landon answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Great and hospitable environment and made the experience relaxed and not tense like most automotive dealers. Bought an awesome hellcat from them and would return for my next vehicle.

Just purchased a truck from Mario in Huntsville, AL. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the process simple and easy.

I didn't buy a truck from Lifted Trucks but that was only because they didn't have the one I was looking for. But their customer service was amazing, they tried their best to track down the truck I wanted and even sent to me a video of one that was similar at their Texas location. Even though I didn't wind up getting a truck from them, I still highly recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a modified truck.

If anyone goes here to buy a truck you better read all their fine print closely!!! Do not sign anything until you fully understand all their math and the hidden extras they try to add into the sale. Also if you are interested in trading in a vehicle to them, please do not give them the keys to your vehicle until you have read everything, gone over the math at least five times and know that you fully understand the contract that you are signing. The reason I say this is because me and my husband was seeing about trading our 2018 Toyota Tacoma in, on a Chevy Silverado. They told us there was an absolute guarantee that we was approved for a truck on the phone before we drove 4 hours each way to their lot. When we got there, the truck they said we were approved for was 2017 Chevy Silverado. Immediately my husband told them he didn't like the truck, because it did not have the leather seats(the main reason we were trying to trade our Tacoma). After they got our keys to our truck, they kept saying ok let me see what we can work out. He came back out with the paperwork wanting to run thru the numbers so fast that we couldn't understand where or what they was. They told my husband that his truck would be 15,000 trade wise. The Silverado was a 2017 and listed for 43,000. So doing the math, my husband and I was like ok so that leaves the price of the truck at 28,000 that we would have to pay. They brought the contract out, tried zooming thru the numbers, which they added in all kinds of extra coverages, that we already knew weren't covered at all, the truck didn't even have running boards to get in it. The sales man said ok your payments will be $963 a month for 66 months!!! Now this was after the 15000 for our truck was supposed to have been taken off. Can someone please do the math on this and tell me how this works?? Because when I did the math it was almost 65,000 that they were wanting us to sign a contract on to pay!! Yeah not happening... I asked almost everyone there for the key to OUR Tacoma because in this time they had already went outside and locked the doors on it, put a sticker on the windshield and another sticker over the vin number. I went back into the "finance office" where all of them were at trying to fix the paperwork to where it sounded more reasonable for them, and asked again for the key to OUR truck and told them that I needed to get my cigarettes out of it because I wanted to smoke a cigarette. The finance man then told me, well go out there and I will unlock it for you!! I said excuse me, I don't need you to unlock our truck, he hasn't signed any paperwork with you all and has already told everyone of you that he doesn't want this truck, and he is the owner of the Tacoma so please hand over the keys to it. He then handed me the key as the sales person was coming back out the door telling my husband, we called the bank and they are willing to drop the payments down to 867 a month for 66 months, which was almost the same amount. My husband told him again, I do not want that truck and as we were walking out the door he said please just wait five more minutes let me see what I can figure out!!! Point of view is, they wanted 65,000 dollars plus a 2018 Tacoma for a 2017 Silverado and even went as far as to tell my husband that this truck was the only truck he could get, the bank said it was the only one they would approve ? so take this one for two years then come back and trade it in on something newer. If someone goes to a car lot and wants to get a truck, how can they tell you that the oldest truck there is the only truck you can get, when your trade in is newer than that truck and already paid off 3 years early. These people are a joke and try to be some slick scammers!!! BEWARE folks if you do business with them.

Unfortunately I have to update my review. I bought a truck here going on 4 months now, I still don't have the paperwork to get my tags or registration. They didn't even provide a temp tag when I bought the truck. I had to call 4-5 times just to get that. Now it has been expired for months and the truck is parked because I cant drive it legally. Still calling every week and its always some excuse. Not only that they didn't pay off my trade in and I got hit with late payments on that because I wasn't aware they didn't pay it off until the finance company reached out. So not only did I make two payments on a truck I traded in to them I'm now out another $1700 on that plus still no registration for a truck I bought 4 months ago. Stay away from the lifted truck dealerships

Over two months to get my title and registration. Still working on it two months later. Post sale customer service is a severe let down. Paid cash. It isn’t rocket science or maybe it is.
