I’ve had State Farm auto insurance for years, and recently needed to use their roadside tow service for the first time. I was shocked at how efficient and fast it was!
I made the call, sent the vehicle location, and they kept me updated every step of the way - when the tow truck was en route, during pickup, and at drop-off. They had my vehicle picked up and delivered to the repair shop before I even got home.
Outstanding communication and service when I needed it most. Highly recommend!”

I have had Auto Insurance with State Farm since I became a driver responsible for my own insurance! Many have encouraged me to “shop around”, but I can’t bring myself to do so while I have always had and still do have such incredible customer service!
