They told me I needed multiple fixes to my car. Took my car to another repair place and was told I didn't need most of the things they recommended. They're running a scam at this service center.

So frustrated with Lexus Service department! I drive into the parking garage for my 5000 mile service. No one comes to greet me so I assume I’m supposed to go in. This was odd even from the get go. Express Oil Change even offers this courtesy . I then go inside and the 2 people sitting at desks don’t even acknowledge me. Once I do get checked in I’m told it will be over an hour for my tire rotation. I wait in the lobby for nearly 2 hours before I get up to go check on the status. The guy said he’d go check. He comes back and tells me it will be another 20 mins. I finally made it out of there 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time.Someone needs to give Lexus service department a class on customer service.If had known beforehand that it was going to take 2 hours for a tire rotation I would’ve considered rescheduling. Mind you, this was a scheduled appointment.A simple update by the employees sitting at their desks looking at their phones would have been nice. And it’s just so easy!!So as not to end on a bad note, there were a couple of positives. There is a nice waiting area with drinks. And there was one really nice guy who did finally greet me.I’ll go back for my second free service but then I’m moving on from Lexus! I prefer Express Oil Change where the employees are happy to see me and care about my time just as much or more than their own.Service: Tire rotations

This place is an absolute clown show. My experiences:Showed up for an appointment and couldn't find anyone in the service department. No advisors. No one at the desk. Had to go to sales and they sent someone to find a service advisor.Showed up for an appointment and they said yeah, I see you have a confirmation email, but we don't have an appointment for you. (They did "work me in".)It took 2.5 hours to get an oil change WHILE I WAITED.It took 4.5 hours to get new tires installed.While waiting on service, our service advisor disappeared and no one knew the status of our car or the advisor.It appears they just skipped rotating the tires on one side of the car because they were worn very unevenly on one side. When I asked about it, my service advisor suggested that maybe I only turn one direction. Sure.At Toyota, Honda, and Nissan service, I'm greeted promptly, they are fast and efficient, and they keep me informed.So much for a luxury experience with Lexus...

Had a great experience working with Ted Edwards, up front and honest. Didn't have much interaction with management but Ted made sure I was taken care of. No pressure and great communication!

In April 2022 my wife & I purchased a Lexus RX 350 & RX 350L from Tony White at Lexus of Huntsville. I had talked with 6 or 7 Lexus dealers in the Southeast & Tony gave us the best price on 2 vehicles that were in transit. For the most part everything was arranged by phone since we live in Birmingham. Tony was very accommodating & pleasant to deal with throughout the process. We picked up the first vehicle on April 1st & the second one on April 30th. Tony spent about 3 hours with us to complete the sale of each vehicle & take a test drive, during which time he shared some interesting demographics about Huntsville as well as some of its early history. He went over the technology to pair our cell phones, set up favorite radio stations & all of the safety features. Before leaving he set up our home address in the Nav system. He did not rush us & took time to answer a number of questions. No one pressured us to add accessories or extended warranty. It was the smoothest & most pleasant car buying process I have encountered in my 83 years. I highly recommend Tony & Lexus of Huntsville.
