Wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone, I'm working hard on trying to find a new provider. His son Seems to have some understanding and willingness to help but as for the owner himself, no way! I have had this company for five years for auto and just started with my homeowners insurance in June and the one time I need to actually call them for some help I get placed at fault. I am fully aware of things I need to take care of, I've never missed a payment but when I call for clarity on certain things I am greeted with smarty remarks. I Don't feel he has Any sense of customer service. Disgusted from his remarks and his tone of voice.

My girlfriend had insurance for 2 years paid in person every month but when a accident happened. He said wrong VIN Number on policy so he would not cover it. This was all from him not doing his job and pure negligence on his part. How can this company stay in business when this incompentate person in charge

Larry Burkman is an independent agent and he is able to check different insurance companies. He saved me a lot of money on my car insurance just by checking different companies. Very easy to talk to and knows his stuff on insurance. Glad he's my agent.
