My 2015 Jeep Patriot went to LM Collision Center for a bumper repair after a fender bender. It took so long, my car rental insurance coverage ran out. When I got my car back last Friday, it looked brand new...this is the reason for the two star rating rather than one star. HOWEVER...they replaced the battery (said it was dead) but failed to wipe the low voltage computer code making the check engine light come on and the learning computer refused to shift gears and I had to do it manually. I was baffled because it was fine when I dropped it off. They also took the battery housing off (under the hood) and did not replace it...I raised the hood to check the oil and coolant because the temp gauge shot way high really fast and voila! Battery with no housing. They installed a bumper with fog lights and didn't hook them up. I guess they are just for pretty. They failed to replace the busted turn signal bulb. For some reason, all my gas was gone. It was generally a bad and expensive experience. I won't ever set foot or tire in any LM dealership again. Not ever.

I went in the other day to buy a car and was greeted by a dark haired girl with glasses. She was sweet at first then when I told her what type of car I was looking for there was an immediate attitude switch. She became hostile and very rude, I don't think I did anything to offend her. It might have just been a bad day for her but still when working service you should have good manners especially if you want someone to buy a car from you so you can make money. It wasn't like the whole time was bad there was just a negative attitude that came out of no where. Will not be going back here because clearly youngsters cannot respect their elders when they've done nothing to them. I tried to request someone else but ended up just leaving. Not a good first experience.

My experience with Landers McLarty was top notch. The Collision Center Manager Benji Lewis is knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I recommend his team for your vehicle repairs. The kind front desk manager Brenda Lamb was courteous and genuinely concerned.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. I've bought three cars from here in the past year and everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Would suggest this be the first place you stop in Huntsville!

Terrible service. Terrible employees. Oh and if you have a problem with your vehicle or just need to get information or ask a question in general, they will NOT answer the phone for you or return your calls. And then when Kyle gets your review and sends his number, you will be ignored after he finds out what your issue is. I will never buy another car from this dealership. Never have I been treated so badly by a dealership when I've purchased a vehicle. Absolutely the worst!

They have completely ghost us. They are avoiding our phone calls. They are currently working on a vehicle with an insurance claim. We are probably going to need to resort to an in person visit in order to resolve our problems.We do not recommend .Services: Painting

I purchased a used car from this dealership in June. Due to a broken seatbelt the vehicle was not ready for a month. I live in Nashville so they delivered the vehicle to my work. They only brought me one key when they dropped it off. The salesman I dealt with said he gave me the other key when I bought it a month earlier. That did not happen. I reached out to him several times about the missing key and he continued to blow me off. He then quit or got fired. I reached out to customer service and they said I should have gotten the second key negotiated in writing when I bought the car. A key cost me $485. I asked them to pay half and customer service told me if the ex-employee wants to pay for my key he can. She also told me that after 30 days they don't owe me anything. I started asking for help on this as soon as I received the car.

These guys are fantastic. We were a week into a 2-month RV trip and damaged the tailgate on our Silverado. It had to be replaced before we could continue on and Jonathan Moran went out of his way to get a replacement and arrange for installing it immediately. Drew Peck in the shop also went out his way to ensure it was done to perfection. The service was so good I will seriously consider buying my next truck from Landers McLarty Chevrolet even though we live 800 miles away.Service: Body & Trim

Terrible experience at this body shop. No communication on progress, work was not completed and it took way too long. My car was filthy when I picked it up and now I have to go to another body shop to correct what they did. Oh, and if you like being lied too then this is the place for you.Services: Painting

I have been using Landers service since 2014 for all my GM vehicles, 2002 Corvette, Z06, 2011 Corvette Coupe, 2010 Silverado, 2015 GMC Sierra Pick-up, 2017 Corvette Coupe, and my 2019 GMC Sierra AT4 Pick up. In December of 2021 I noticed a leak from the back window on the 2019 GMC Sierra AT4 Pick up truck. I also found Technical Service Bulletin 18-NA-383 dated Feb 2019 for "Water Leak Found in Interior of Cab, Water Leak at Rear Sliding Window. I turned in the truck for repair on 17 Dec 2021 and Picked up on 22 Dec 2021. On 16 March 2023 I noticed a leak from the rear cab window again and I turned in the truck for repair at you service department. I was contacted and told by service department I did have a leak and it is not covered by my extended warranty even though your dealership did the initial TSB repair. I also informed the service department that the TSB had been updated and addressed "returning" leaky vehicles. Still I am being told I have to pay for this repair. You have had my truck for 8 days now and it still isn't fixed. Obviously, GM knows there is a problem with these trucks and is just banking on the vehicles being out of warranty. I am truly disappointed after years of utilizing your dealership for the service or our vehicles. I guess it's time to find another dealer.

Dropped my vehicle off before they opened and they were able to complete putting a new bumper on my vehicle before the end of that day. Staff was very nice and welcoming and I'm pleased with the work

Devin and Jeff make this dealership worth checking out. Their service is impeccable. Let's face it, you can get a car anywhere. It's the experience that the consumer looks for. This is a wonderful car buying/leasing experience. The follow up to make sure we were satisfied is the reason we will purchase our next car from Landers Chevy!!

I am not very happy with this body shop.i used them because of my insurance company. They did not fix my car right. And now I can't get a return phone call. My insurance job was almost 5 grand and they couldn't even match my paint right. And now being told they are waiting on window molding. My car is 2 different colors. They didn't even reassemble my car correctly and now I can't get anyone to call me back to get my car back in their shop so they can correct these .issues. I will soon be contacting someone in management and my insurance company to make sure that my car gets fixed.Services: Painting
