There is a long wait that's common for places like this that are retail lab work. But the staff is always polite and respectful and kind.

The appointment was on time. The technician, Cassandra, was not only caring, she sorted through all orders and took her time to make sure no tests were missed. The othe technician, Lecreisha, was so kind to a young girl in for a test, she stepped up and kept things flowing smoothly while Cassandra helped me.
