That was my best experience with phlebotomist. She was good with me
I appreciate how she treated me professionally and she didn't have to use my left arm bc of my tiny veins.
No bruises, I wish I asked her name she wears crosses/Christian.
She deserves an award for her efforts.

Was on time for my appointment and they didnt see me until 60 mins later. Only here because my doctor told me to schedule here since they no longer have a lab. I wont be back to this location i will drive 30 mins away if i have to.

I don’t know what these people do here, but it’s not work. When I arrived at this particular Labcorp, there were about twenty people waiting to get their blood drawn. They were sitting on the floor because they had been waiting for over two hours and there weren’t enough chairs in the “waiting area”. The employees would come out and call a name for a person who left probably an hour ago because they couldn’t wait any longer, and when that person didn’t stand up, they just went back into their little office without anyone and disappeared for like 10-15 minutes. I had to get back to work, so I couldn’t wait for two hours to get my blood drawn, which should take like five minutes. This is unacceptable. Having elderly and families with little children sitting on the floor waiting for over two hours is ridiculous. I waited for twenty minutes before leaving and heading to a different labcorp.

This is the Labcorp I regularly go to. Every time I go I usually have a great experience. All of the nurses are excellent except for one that I have problems with every time I have her. I don’t remember her name but she has brown, curly-ish hair. A few visits ago she turned me away because I couldn’t pay my bill upfront, which I never have. Every time I have been to this labcorp I have been billed. I had a visit yesterday and had this specific nurse. First off my bill was $400 and it has never been that high. I have the same labwork done almost every time I come in. I recently payed my last bill that was $240. She wouldn’t let me be billed or take a payment plan. She told me that I must not have come to this location because they don’t do that. She made me feel stupid and sent me home once again when I really needed labwork done. She was very unprofessional and caused me a lot of strife while I am already unwell. By far the worse nurse I’ve ever had there. Everyone else I’ve had has been excellent and very kind. But I won’t be able to come back here anymore due to the inconsistent policies and poor nursing. I’m very very disappointed. No one should ever be turned away from medical help.

Victoria was amazing! Most people have to stick me multiple times but she got it the first time. She was kind. I know there is a pinch of a wait but it is worth it to have the job done right the first time. For all my lab work needs I will return to this location.Thank you Victoria!

The check in kiosk was having issues and there was nobody to talk to confirm if check in worked. I'm waiting not knowing if I'll ever be called.

Today I needed lab work done and without an appointment. I've been to the Labcorp office on Whitesport several times. As I had experienced before, their process was efficient and the wait time reasonable. However, what really stood out was the professionalism and great spirit of the lab tech. She was just a pleasant, decent human being - and very good at her job. I could not have asked for more. Five-stars!

Last week I received a text and an email from Labcorp about upcoming labs. Since I received no correspondence from my doctors about labs, so I called them to find out which doctor ordered the labs. I called them on Friday and left a message to call me back. Well, I got no call back. Today, Monday, I tried again to to reach them to determine who requested that I do labs. Again I left a message and again got no call back. Is this an example of the service they provide? If so, it is prettier piss poor. I guess I will have to contact each of my doctors individually and find out who requested labs. And when I find out who requested labs, I will asked them how come they didn't inform me. Communication is great when it works.

Came in for a drug test for a new job. Literally takes two seconds. They kept calling several people in who got there after me. I spent my lunch break doing this because I get off when they close. It’s ridiculous.

Checked in at 9:35 for 10:00 am bloodwork. Didn’t get seen until 11:35. The tech proceeded to take 3 phone calls while I was in the chair. She complimented how big my veins were and then proceeded to miss the first stick, continuing to dig further into my arm. Will not be returning after this horrible experience.

Had a blood draw done. Quick and easy. The waiting area doesn't have a ton of chairs, but it's not exactly small as some have reported. Staff were friendly. I'll be back.

I just tried to get my drug test done. I went up there trying to get it out of the way on a Saturday since I work a full-time job through the week and I’ve been hired for a part-time job, but Labcorp doesn’t test on the weekend. I was also prompted on the computer to pay for something that’s old and I’ve already paid for. I’m not paying for again, but Labcorp has continually refused to work with me on this over the years. oh, well. Also, why am I being asked to pay for something when I’m being sent by my employer? They are paying for my test. This has nothing to do with my medical. I wish I could have had my test done anywhere else, but I’m required go here for my part-time work. I’ll try again Monday. Hopefully, they will at least pretend they want to work with me then. I doubt it..
