I lost my credit card and the staff held it for me until i returned to the store.

Very helpful and friendly store associates / staff. Difficult to find kids' shoes, but we were able to find the last pair available in sizes that were adequate for both kids. Good clearance deals for women's shoes, but not a wide selection.
