Favorite dry cleaners. Always done right

My husband and I have used this cleaners in the past several times. We have had clothes altered as well as cleaned. We have had different sets of curtains cleaned as well and have always been happy. We recently took my shower curtain to be cleaned. They have cleaned it before. It is a pair of embroidered curtains that I purchased at Anthropologie and had sewn into a shower curtain. It looks as if they threw it into a washing machine. The deep purple is faded all over the curtain. In many places, you can see the imprint of the design faded onto the cream background exactly.
After this occurred, they did not give us the courtesy of calling to let us know what happened, they waited until my husband came to pick it up.
When they were told that I paid over $450 for my curtains, they would only offer $100.
