I give 1 star only so I can make this post! Do not expect this agent to ever call back or follow up on things promised! He will promise you the moon and then ghost you when you try to call back!!\\n\\nMy policy was just not renewed because of 2 claims for water damage that State Farm denied. There was no payout on either claim but I am unable to get quotes for future coverage from other companies because the 2 claims are showing up as LOSSES for State Farm!\\n\\nJoey promised to appeal both the Non-renewal of my policy AND one of the claims for water damage. I called 2 times to see the status of the appeals. He was supposed to call back but did not. Upon visiting his office in person, he told another agent that he never appealed the claims to the underwriter because he “waited 2 hours to talk to someone” but gave up apparently. Of course my Non-renewal of policy was contingent on getting the claims reversed or appealed. He never told me anything except that my non-renewal was denied.\\n\\nI overheard the agent telling him that, since the pipe that burst was fixed the same day it was discovered, that there is a likelihood that my claim could be reversed. Joey did not pursue this for me. He was supposed to call me back the same day before closing since it was the last day of my coverage but did not. I even called to follow up myself and was told by the receptionist that she would have him call. Again, he did not return my call.\\n\\nNote: the only reason I overheard the conversation with the other agent was because he instructed me, before calling this agent, to stay silent while he put them on speaker phone. He further instructed me to allow him to “announce” that he is going to place them on speaker before my saying anything. Not on the up and up —even when he is pretending to be on my side!\\n\\nI have been a loyal State Farm Homeowner’s and Auto Insurance customers for years. Needless to say I am more than disappointed to have not had proper representation on my behalf for the months since Joey came on board. My former agent, Mike Hawkins always returned calls and followed up on conversations. It is the very least I would expect from an established insurer such as State Farm. I have been paying someone to give me the run around and ALLOW my insurance to now be dropped. Buyer beware!!

They were pleasant to deal with and saved me over 150 dollars on car insurance! I appreciate miss Kimberly for helping me settle my auto and life insurance! All around a good experience with these people

I was able to transfer our insurance from our old agency to State Farm with very little effort at all. Ms. Kim was able to have us with State Farm within about 30 mins, and saved us money on our insurance with the same if not better coverage as our prior provider.

Joey handled every detail quickly and efficiently on our out-of-state purchase. He made sure we were well covered, submitted all paperwork to the underwriter and title company without any hesitation or extra pressure placed on him. He even followed up on closing day to ensure everything was on track. If you need a State Farm agent, he is your guy. Great communication, helpful, knowledgeable, the best out there.

Joey is fantastic at customer service, has amazing rates, and is who I want going to bat for me if we’re arguing with an insurance co on coverage. We’re making the switch after 18 years with USAA. I’m not impressed easily, and Joey has blown me away with how he shows up in his business and life! He’s my number one to refer to clients now, too!
