I've used this Joe Hudson location many times since 2006. They are very conscientious and professional and do wonderful body work. Our latest repair was from hitting a deer and the car looked brand new when we picked it up. Not only that the entire car had been detailed, inside and out. They even buffed out some unrelated dings! We highly recommend them!

They do the bare minimum required for body repair and will not lift a finger to do anything extra in terms of good customer service. Long wait times for service also. They won't have the price total which you owe them at the time of pick up from repair completely figured out until they get in touch with your insurance and then might call you days later asking for more money that you got to pay because of an insurance amount that was sent to you prior to repair which they overlooked. The techs will also lie to your face when you ask them why a cheap part of a component that's OEM from factory wasn't installed upon pick-up with the piece they replaced. All because they didn't remove another connecting component like you asked them to get the full, fresh new one put on just because they are stingy about every penny. Expect nothing but the bare minimum with service.

We have used these guys for repairable after 3 accidents and they always do the work as expected with no hidden Costa. Maybe that is why we have to wait 4 weeks for an appointment? ?

Very bad customer service. I went in-person to see their next available appointment in December 2022 and they did not have any availability until July 2023. They also denied being able to work on my vehicle at all. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

While waiting on my vehicle, I heard some VERY unprofessional conversations at the front desk. While trying to ask about costs, the girl - Katie, seemed very annoyed when tasked with doing her job.

CS is incredible here. State Farm took care of my claim and sent me here for repairs. Excellent choice, the rental car place is right next door. So when it was time to pick up my car I was at work and wouldn't be getting off till after both were closed. So Joe Hudson's drove my car to my job and dropped off the rental for me while I was at work. Incredible Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!
