I got in an accident causing damage to the back bumper on June 29th. JD byrider service team received the vehicle 07-01 and still has it. after 2 months they said it's bc I hadn't paid the deductible so after I did it would be worked on. after almost 3 months I was finally given a date for this week. called bc is Friday- "It'll be ready Thurs. or Fri. next week". so after 3 months, they are just starting to work on it. I've paid my $275 payment every two weeks, $500 deductible since the accident. They don't cover a rental (like their new plan says) if it's an accident and rentals are up to $800-1K a month. So if you get a car through these guys, get in a small accident, expect to pay $2075+ on the car and 3K on a rental for 3 months. Worst experience EVER. NEVER AGAIN. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Rick was my sales person & he was awesome! Great people. Everyone was polite. I truly love my vehicle. Jasmine is my cnac manager. She's very sweet & professional. Great business with J.D Byrider I made this review above almost a year ago. Currently to this day I'm sad to say that J.D. Byrider has done horrible business with me. J.D. Byrider has a new owner other than the original owner when I signed my contract. The company moved locations and changed some of the terms. As well as firing half the staff. Since I have had 3 different account managers. . .Train wreck in the making. Needless to stay I hit I few bumps in life & struggled paying my note at once but I always managed to keep my head high & remain stable. December of 2017 my car was towed from my work (Walmart) place although I had just cashed my check to go make my car payment. I informed the tow truck driver as well as my account manager that I had my payment & to tow my car would be ridiculous. Regardless of my payment & pledging, my account manager decided to tow my car anyways. To put icing on the cake she refused to release my car back to me until the following Tuesday. This incident occurred on a Fri. Now I knew that whomever had taken over this company didn't care about their customers but either did his employees. I paid my debt and received my car back the following Tuesday. April of 2018 I lost my job. Sadly I fell slightly behind on my payments. After talking to a CNAC Representative repeatedly for about a week trying to work out payment arrangements I finally make a decent arrangement on a Thursday afternoon. I find myself answering my door Monday morning to two J.D. Byrider Representatives ready to repossess my car. ( roughly 9am) I'm confused because my payment arrangement was for this same Monday morning. After speaking with the same CNAC Representative she tells me I have to make a payment of $385 to get my car back today. I had half that at the time. My arrangement was for $80 and I intended to pay $100. My fiancé spoke with the representative and informed her he would take over the payments until I started my new job. After leaving my account manager numerous messages she finally returns my call just to disgust me with the news that J.D. Byrider wants me to pay $900 to get my car back. Wow. When I asked why $900 and not the original $385. My account manager informed me that she just spoken with the current owner and he would like me to pay $385 plus an advance bi weekly payment of $215 AND the $300 towing fee from December of 2017. I'm in complete disgust with the company because it seems their doing everything in their power to give me a hard time. Keep in mind the summer of 2017 I was without a job for two months and NEVER my car towed or repossessed. My payments were made without me having a job on file. J. D. Byrider was always willing to help & had an amazing staff prior to the new owner. I wrote this review just to give an insight to ANYONE thinking about doing business with this company. I believe I was treated unfairly and the company tried to play underneath me. I will never recommended their services to ANYONE.

Made the process of used car shopping as painless as possible. Explained every detail, left no questions unanswered. All vehicles were clean and in great condition to drive off the lot. Very pleased with my Yukon XL and the price and payments. They provide their own service if necessary and oil change every 3 months. If your credit is not up for a brand spanking new car, nor do you want to take a chance on a Craig's List bad deal, I highly recommend coming here.

Today I helped my daughter purchase a car here and the experience was great. Rick Santiago worked diligently throughout the process and kept us informed every step of the way. Scott Cole, the Manager was involved as well and although he was the Manager, he sat and talked with us and fought hard to help us get financed. I will tell everyone I know about the great program here that helps you to build and/or rebuild your credit. Thanks guys!

My husband bought his car January 2015, and we have never had any issues with our car. Since then the only thing we have done to the car is oil change(which we get free at J.D. Byrider),we bought tires and change the brakes. My point is the car was well serviced before before they sold it to us. My experience with them has been excellent, the financial representative that we have dealt with from the start is Miss Buffy, she is absolutely wonderful, she was professional, courteous and helpful. They had in house financing which was wonderful for us because we had no credit/poor credit. Miss Buffy did a budget with our income and expenses, this helped us to see how much funds we would have available to comfortable make our payments. This really helped us not to set ourselves up for failure. Getting financed was easy and simple. We make our payments over the phone every two weeks, using our debit card (this is very convenient as we don't have to drive there to make payments). There finance team is professional when you go there ask for Miss Buffy she will take excellent care of you. 10 stars for Miss Buffy
