John West has been exceptional! I must say I have noticed a huge change in my physique but most importantly I feel great. During COVID, I gained an astronomical amount of weight and I couldn’t stand the way that I looked and felt. This was uncharacteristic for me being that I was prior military. Once I moved to Huntsville, I wanted a change. After approximately 6 months of training with John, I feel better than I did pre-COVID. I recommend anyone and everyone to check out J2 Fitness for your personal training needs.

John is an excellent trainer! He's also very professional. In my first three months of training with him, I dropped a significant amount of weight and lost inches. I highly recommend him!!

Nine months ago I was faced with the decision to sunder to injecting myself every day for the rest of my life or fight for a real life. I choose to fight. My A1C was 8.3 and my cholesterol was 204 so my next move was to call John. I was confident with John's help I could beat this. After 9 months of eating proper diet and exercise I have dropped my cholesterol from 204 to 164 my A1C from 8.3 to 6.8 and I feel amazing. I have lots of energy and can move like I have not be able to in years and not faced with added meds. J2Fitness is not just another gym it's just like it says it's a fitness center that will literally change you life both physically and mentally. They are well trained to know what your individual needs are and how to help you accomplish them. John has cheered me on and pushed me at a safe pace to reach this point and I for one am very thankful and looking forward to improving from here under John's directions. John is my personal trainer but through observation J2 Fitness is staffed with two great trainers both John and Jeff have your health and fitness at their focus. So the take away from this review should be if you want to be healthy; fit; energized with a great quality of life call J2FITNESS. Best call you will make to really live life.

J2 Fitness is AWESOME!!! I have been working out at this gym for a little over a year and MAN OH MAN!!! My trainer is Jeff, and he has helped me achieve my health and fitness goals. I HATE TO WORKOUT, but this gym provides the comfort level that makes me want to go and push through. I LOVE the one-on-one sessions, having the gym to myself during my training sessions so I don't feel like I'm being judged or looked at. Jeff and John are AMAZING at what they do. Not only do they promote individual health, but they emphasize family health. As a single mother of 2 very busy girls, it's hard to fit in time to workout. I'm able to bring my girls and they also learn and see the proper way to exercise. J2 Fitness has been a blessing to me, and my family and I will forever be grateful to them for that!

I started at J2Fitness back in March of this year. I have lost several inches from my waist. I have gained muscles and have gotten stronger. My body is changing for the better. I’m loving it. Can’t wait to see how I look at the end of the year. Jason West is my trainer.

John is AMAZING!!! When I first started working out, I didn’t have the confidence to do too many workouts. Each workout he pushes me to high limits. I’ve gotten stronger, my confidence has been lifted, and now I’ve seen improvement in ways I never thought I could!!! If you are in the Huntsville area, I would definitely advise you to give him a try, because you will be satisfied!!

Excellent Facility! I have been training with Jeffrey Robinson at J2 for around 5 years or longer. The whole staff have been very supportive in helping me set and achieve my fitness and health goals.The trainers are very motivating and focused on doing it the right way, They are very knowledgeable on strength training and nutrition. They teach technique and hard work.I like the smaller gym environment were you are not overlooked by a gym full of people or fighting for a bench. J2 Fitness has a family like atmosphere.I highly recommend J2 fitness if you are looking for accountability and results.

John is a great trainer. He makes sure he trains according to your needs. I’ve been trained by John for the past 3 months and I’ve done great. Down over 5lbs., lost several inches and quite a bit of body fat. Not to mention I feel 100% better. I’m definitely convinced he’s the best trainer for me. Thanks a lot John!

J2 Fitness is dedicated to their clients. They will work with you to determine your needs and goals.Jeffry is the BEST Personal Trainer I have ever known. He has worked with me on gaining flexibility and now we are working on strength building. He is very conscientious in monitoring movements to prevent injury - first time EVER working with a trainer that I did not get hurt within the first couple of months.
