Alexis, the customer service rep. that assisted me today, did not give up on getting my phone to bypass the reset issue It seemed futile because of my 2-step verification was linked to the phone that was in limbo. She could have given up and it would of made sense. I'm very grateful she didn't and I'm back to using my phone again. Thank you.”

“Launch broadband is by far the best internet provider I’ve had. I live in a town that frequents storms and power outages if the storm effects the internet in any way they are on the issue as soon as they are aware. The staff is always nice and they have great customer service each time I have contacted them. Being I work from home for a major company internet connectivity is extremely important to my livelihood. I’ve had Launch for over a year now and I wouldn’t switch to another company”

“Only if you want a go somewhere to jones valley. The reason why I say that is because the rest of the town don't have a durned place to go to verizon and get a decent items. I went to the verizon overall of university beside the chevrolet place. He brought it out. I looked at it said yeah, that's the one. He walked over talked to another one of his women associates. They looked back at me and said it just got stole twenty minutes ago. We can't sell that to you. Jones valley no problems. Save yourself. Some headaches don't go no. Where else but there.”

“We were without internet and cable for a week waiting for our appointment for tech to come out and help us fix the problem. Mr. Ron Fritz was our tech and he was phenomenal. He stayed longer than he planned to make sure we were taken care of by rewiring our internet/cable. He took his time and made sure he checked all the blocks before he left us. His customer service was excellent and I recommend this service to anyone!!!! Thank you Mr. Ron!!!!”

“Have had only internet service for 9 years its been Flawlessly working between 811 | 906 megs Download and 50 megs on an upload. I own all of my own equipment. I've never rented their equipment and any time that I have a issue with the service I've contacted the FCC (just once) they run a home run from the demarcation point.”
