The men's bathroom is disgusting. There was toilet paper all over the floor and around the light switch was nasty. I went to the ENT doctor and the girls at the desk were covered in tattoos. When I asked to schedule a follow up appointment she said "who said you need a follow up" I said the doctor. She was very unprofessional for that matter all the office help was terrible. She acted like a teenager laughing and goggling. I'm tired of this.

My bloodwork was done so well today. Collette who is attending Calhoun Community College Nursing program was so efficient and only one stick which is a big deal because it usually takes 3 sticks. The receptionist was professional and although the waiting room was full, I only waited 15 minutes. What a blessing Ladies to have exceptional employees on the job. I recommend having your bloodwork at this lab. Parking was easy and close.

I haven't been here in a while, but this is a great place to go for medical services. It is an all in one stop having numerous medical facilities within. All employees that I have encountered, from check-in services to technicians, have always been pleasant. Lots of parking although they are usually very busy so sometimes parking is slim.

I love that Huntsville has a Medical Mall; it's a great place to have routine tests performed or bloodwork orders filled. They have a pharmacy on site as well as a gym and barber. The location is great as well, just off Memorial Parkway on Governors Drive SW.I have yet to have a bad experience; employees are super helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this location!

HIPAA violations evidently don’t matter in Alabama. This facility is understaffed and unprofessional.

Went to lab by my house to have blood work done, was told they couldn’t do it there. Why I don’t know. So I came to the lab at medical mall, have been sitting here for over 45mins, still waiting. There are over 15 people waiting, & they keep coming. This is absolutely ridiculous. You know how busy it is here, hire more people or find out why other labs can’t do simple bloodwork.

Worst place EVER!!!!! There is NO organization. Everyone needs to be VERY concerned about how this place handles your private medical information. We were told to just place the orders for my mothers test on the counter and they will get with us shortly. WRONG ANSWER... this is a major HIPPA violation!

Physical therapists are nice, had issues with scheduling. Was told I needed to go in person to get schedule.

The ladies that answer phones in registration are ignorant, and can't answer simple questions to provide directions on the phone as to the distance to an office from any given entry. There should be a interior map of the layout of offices so a patient can determine for themselves how far they may have to walk to reach any given office. They also can't answer where a patient can access the wheelchairs to transport a patient inside the mall.Their answers are not clear. Halfway does NOT clarify HALFWAY between which 2 points.

We had an appointment for 1140am and were back and being prepped by that time. My guys veins are incredibly hard to find and it usually can't be done without a vein finder. Mischa found it and only poked him once. No bruises! Ask for Mischa :)
