Went in to get my taxes done pretty simple my w2 from work and a 1099 from some small investments. They wanted to charge me $480 for file my return. I did opt for the audit protect but even without was still well over $400. Of course I didn't go through with their service as it was well over 4 times the amount I have paid in the past. Service was great but not sure why the price was so high.

Beware they will schedule your appointment a year ahead of time only to tell you that your person who does your taxes is no longer there and didn't have the common courtesy to give you a call and tell you as such stay Far away very unprofessional

Carter on South Parkway H&R Block really messed up my taxes for 2020 and 2021. STILL trying to get his messes straightened out with IRS. PLEASE check with BBB before using this F rated company.
