“We stay here several times a year while visiting family in Huntsville. Every other time, I would rate them 5 stars. This time I only rated them 4 stars due to their breakfast. My go to always for breakfast is the oatmeal. This time the oatmeal was mostly water with a few flakes of oatmeal both mornings we were there. I don't even think it was hot. My next go to was the pancakes, which were great the first morning. The second morning, the pancake machine was broken. The rooms were very clean & the staff was friendly. It even looks like they refurbished the place since our last visit.”
“Staying at this hotel was by far one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Rooms are basic but gets the job done for the price. Where it stands out is the customer service. We dealt with both Scott and Monia and I hope the management of this hotel understands what a treasure they are to your business. They were both super friendly and talkative, explained all charges, breakfast times, etc. I truly enjoyed conversing with them. I honestly can not think of another hotel I have ever stayed at where the staff is as friendly. Most places they barely even speak to check you in, much less pretend to care. Great job to the management and staff here. Your customer service is gold star level and I greatly appreciate it.
Rooms: Basic necessities. Bathrooms are small. But it’s all what I expect for the price. If you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel to simply sleep and hang out a bit, this is a good choice.
Safety: Felt safe the entire time. No issues. Well lit parking lot and great location.”

“I had a last-minute booking when I arrived at my original hotel to find they had no hot water. After traveling 17 hours, all I could think about was a shower and going to bed. Trying my travel agencies line, hoping someone else would book for me, there was no luck. It was after hours, so I made my way to the Google search bar and frantically typed in HOTELS NEAR ME. Scrolling past all the advertisements I found,
The Sleep Inn was 3 minutes away, and I decided to give it a try. When I called, a woman answered and immediately understood the need for urgency once I told her the situation. She was very competent in the process and quick. In less than 10 minutes, I was at the hotel and making my way to a room. The beds are actually fantastic. This is the best nights sleep in a hotel I have gotten between the working AC, sufficient black out curtains, and scalding hot water it is perfect for recharging on my work trip.
Rooms: Clean, comfortable beds, black out curtains, hot water, cold AC, microwave, and mini fridge in every room. Laundry service is available, too. Really a home away from home

“There were only two towels for three people. Light above TV didn’t work. Big lamp in the corner is plugged in to a plug that is operated with the light in the entry, this makes absolutely no sense.The rooms are clean and spacious”

“I have dietary needs and was worried about the complimentary breakfast and what I could eat. But upon arriving in the breakfast area I saw gluten free options for bread and muffins. They also had oatmilk which I could also have. I was so grateful and relieved to see such effort made to help those with dietary needs!
I gave the rooms 4 stars because the windows aren't very sound proof, I had to check and make sure the window was actually closed because I could hear the freeway and sirens.”

“stayed here for a show at the orion and it was very clean and staff was very attentive and welcoming. we were able to walk to the show and there are plenty of place to get food in the area. very centrally located. very clean as well. i was impressed.”
“This hotel isn’t bad for the price, they do require a 20 dollar deposit but I would recommend this place if someone needs a place to spend a night or two. I think for one night it was 85 bucks. The bed was comfortable and the shower was actually pretty nice.”

“An average room at a slightly higher than average price, but the location absolutely cannot be beaten. I have never before and probably never will again anywhere else taken the elevator downstairs, checked out, and had a short walk to the security line. It's all inside the terminal. I was past security and at my gate ready to board about 15 minutes after waking up.”

“The location of this hotel is perfect for just about everything. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and just about anything else you could look for. Although I checked in through the app, I had to speak with the front desk to see where the elevator was, and when I asked she seemed annoyed with me for interrupting her while she was watching videos on her cellphone. Breakfast was really good, lots of options, fresh, and conveniently laid out. I called to see if I was granted the upgrade I requested and she answered said they could only do 1200, I said that's fine and before I could say thank you, she hung up in my face.”

“My husband and I, my sister, and her husband always stay here when visiting my mom in Huntsville. The 2 room suite is affordable, with more than enough space for all of us. The staff is superb, the breakfast selection is plentiful and changes daily. Rooms are clean and up to date. Always a great stay! Special shout-out to the manager, D'Andre for his hospitality!”
“I've been staying here for over a year, and I haven't had any problems. They keep the rooms clean, the parking lot stays clean. It's located close to restaurants if you run out of towels or toiletries they have no problem with giving you more everybody the workers the owners everybody that's up here very nice and willing to help you I recommend this place it's a very respectful place to stay”

“I want to start off by saying WOW! I was just incredibly happy with the service I received from Breann H. at this Huntsville location. I was here on vacation and let’s just say the entire trip was rocky. My initial hotel booking could not accommodate me and my partner AFTER we had already paid ahead. A total nightmare. With limited funds we had to find some place to stay at the last minute and she did a great job accommodating us. Such a sweet girl with a big personality. Literally could not stop laughing and we needed that. Thanks a lot.”

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The folks who work here are some of the nicest people I've ever met. I stayed here for 8 weeks, and they all did what they could to make me feel like this was a home away from home - from the general manager (Randy) to the house keeping staff (Sara and team). Special shout out to all of the front desk staff - thank you for your hospitality! I enjoyed all of our chats.
This hotel is conveniently located near Mid City, and within walking distance to Target. There's a sports bar right next door that seems to be pretty popular. The rooms are equipped with kitchenettes, so it's easy to save some cash by making your own meals.
10/10 experience - thank you again!

“I appreciate keyless check-in and out! I loved the quiet, spacious room. Even the in-room coffee tasted good. Overlooking the pool and dipping toes in it was relaxing.
I didn't take the shower that I was looking forward to though....saw the condition, started to clean it myself and gave up. See attached photos.
Still, I'd stay there again. It looked oks like some Tilex would b beneficial but definitely needs an update.”
