The store is AMAZING! It has a bottled water refill station, that comes out with cold water! The men’s bathroom is clean, and so nice! It will need soap soon, as an FYI. And, the store has a lot of cool stuff, and multiple clearance areas! I got a bunch of gift card holders there for $14! Thanks!

Love everything in the store here! Great prices. Just don't make a trip to the bathroom. It was a complete disappointment, considering all the beautiful things that basically surround it. Unkept as if abandoned.

Loooove this store! They had great Halloween decorations! Everyone that worked there was so nice! I was in the back of the store and an employee bringing freight out heard me say I needed a cart and she got me one from the back so I wouldn't have to walk back up to the front. ?

Couldn’t agree more with another previous review. Nice store but I waited in line for at least 15 minutes. There were only 2 people in front of me! And to make matters worse there was another register with a light on as if in use but no cashier standing behind the register! Painful. I contemplated walking out. Saw random bored looking employees just walking around. Who manages this store? It won’t last if they don’t get it together!!!

Nice store with lots of stuff to buy. But the manager needs to be fired. There was a problem at the register. 3 were open but only one person working and she was a young girl. The lady behind me and in front of me and myself waited 1/2 an hour to get checked out. The poor little girl called twice for somebody named Allie. Then another lady came up and had been helping a lady looking at rugs. I passed her wjile looking at rugs without anybody helping her when I went walked up to go into the register line. But guess who got waited on first the lady with the rug and a couch. The poor little girl finally got rid of her customer and the next customer had a price check which was called for called for but again no one came. The other lady called for all cashiers to come and also the price check also no one came. Finally a fellow from the stockroom happened up and he started checking people out after he got the price check. He checked me out and said that they can't really hear announcements back there. The other lady that checked out the rug and couch person said there was something about a broken glass back in the stockroom. Everyone was apologetic but that didn't make a 30 minute plus wait any better. Very poor management and if they can't hear announcements in the back well then they need to get their speakers fixed. I will never go in that store again unless I absolutely have to. I will go to the one on University it's worth a darn Drive.
