I visited for the first time this week and had an incredible shopping experience with this local business. I was able to meet the owner of the business, the lovely Stratton, who helped with my purchase of a stunning necklace. It was obvious that Stratton deeply cares about preserving the outstanding customer service long provided by her father and uncle's business while also bringing her fresh, modern personal appeal to the business recently renamed in her honor. I look forward to shopping with her for years to come!

Stratton Jewelry Company provides an amazing experience from start to finish. Their jewelry experts and owner helped my husband find the perfect gift for my “Push Present” to help commemorate my daughter’s birth. The customer service provided to us was unmatched. They went above and beyond to make sure I loved my necklace and that it was well made to last. I will treasure it forever and we look forward to returning for more of life’s important milestones.

Everyone here was so kind and so helpful! I got a permanent bracelet there and it is beautiful and so reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning for all my jewelry needs. :)

Stratton and the whole staff were fabulous to work with! You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the store and they act like they have known you for years! Highly satisfied with the remounting of my diamond and will definitely be going back for all of my jewelry needs.

Visited Stratton for a piercing party and it was a 10/10 experience! The jewelry was excellent quality, the staff was professional and friendly, and the whole experience was very reasonably priced. I even went back to purchase another stone option and see other jewelry. The staff was incredibly helpful then too. I’ll definitely be back for piercing parties and all my other jewelry needs!

I don’t have enough good things to say about Stratton!!!! From the very first time I walked in, I felt so welcome and immediately knew I would be a lifetime customer!!! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable about what they do. I have gotten SO MANY compliments on all of my pieces from here. The piercing parties are the bomb. I already can’t wait until the next one! Absolutely love this place and the people there!

I loved the experience I had shopping at Stratton. They were very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect presents for my wife. They were not pushy, which I hate, but allowed me time look. Then, when asked, they helped me choose the perfect items. I also like they are family owned and the dad named the business after his daughter!!

Not being from here has proven difficult to find a watchmaker/jeweler that both very knowledgeable about their craft and attentive to my needs as a customer. I took 3 watches that needed service and got 2 back the same day. The 3rd is my most sentimental one and i knew was going to need a little more work but after talking to the Owner i was very confident in their ability to service my watch. I recently retrieved my 3rd watch and needless to say I am pretty satisfied customer and i do appreciate the help I received from STRATTON. After looking around North Alabama for so long for a watchmaker/jeweler i can finally said I’ve found my Go To’s. Thank you again STRATTON and i look forward to future business with you!!
