This is easily the worst place I've ever rented from. They are incredibly slow at checking you out, and they seem to have a different requirement every time I show to rent a car. To top it off, the staff are consistently rude and unhelpful.
1st time - had to provide my insurance card, although work pays for it.
2nd time - 30 full minutes to do all the paperwork and get me out of there.
3rd & last time - now I need to prove to someone renting me a car who I work for? Offered to send an email from my work account, but I guess that's not good enough. The lady wanted a business card or badge for my work. I didn't bring this (why would I), and just opted to walk out and drive my own car this trip.
This location is incredibly slow, inefficient, and difficult to work with. When I rent at an airport, I'm out in 3 minutes with an ID and CC, why is this place so difficult?
I'll take my business elsewhere.

Woman at the counter was not friendly charged my card before letting me know I wouldn’t even be able to get a car without paying over 200$ more. I cancelled my reservation the same day and still have not received a refund. Have called customer service and they have been giving me the run around for days. Would never recomend this location or business itself

Horrible service! I emailed customer service, they won't respond. I used them because there was no other choice. They charged me $800 for renting a car for 2 days! Take the time to prepare to rent a car so you won't have to be like me and use whoever is available at the time.*responding to the owner* did you forward this to anyone who can respond to me? I still haven't heard back from anyone at your company!

Talk to the guy he was very cool only thing was I drove 45 min away just for him to not tell me on the phone it’s a credit check plus 300 deposit

Not sure what's changed since all of these other reviews but I couldn't have asked for a better experience renting our Tesla for a 2-day trip. Earl in the office made the experience seamless. He was super friendly and helpful and the guys outside washing the cars were great, too. The only thing I would suggest is to look into renovating the inside of the building to be a bit more clean and modern, but that's really not that big of a deal. Would recommend and use this location anytime!

Worst customer service of any rental place in Huntsville!!! You would come out better driving to Tennessee. Employees are ghetto and show up to work looking any kinda way and talk to you crazy…….not helpful at all!!!!

If there was an ability to give no stars I would.I was quoted one price on the phone specifically for pick up and drop off to Nashville airport and when I arrived I was charged double, saying she thought I was “bringing the car back to this location.” So I call and ask for the ability to drive one way to Nashville, and you put me on hold and then say “yes, we have one vehicle for one way to Nashville.”Second, they asked for declarations pages from the insurance company. In 30+ years of renting cars in most states, this has never happened.Next they say they don’t accept a credit card from Regions Bank. ?I drop off the car an hour early as promised at the Nashville airport and today, the day after, I get a phone call asking me why I didn’t drop off the car. I said I did and she quickly said: “oh I’m sorry I have the wrong person.”4 hours later I get an email asking me to return the vehicle or I have to pay for every day it isn’t returned.This is the worst “Customer service” I’ve ever experienced.Stay away!!!!
