I went into Heart and Sole expecting extreme markups compared to StockX and GOAT, but what I found were competitive prices and two extremely kind owners who said they were brothers, which is really cool. There’s no other shoe place like this in Huntsville and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for rare kicks.

I purchased about $1,000 worth of shoes from Heart And Sole. I had them shipped to my house. Jordan 4 PSGs were supposed to be a size 7M. I specifically DM the official instagram page of Heart and Sole and they told me it was not a gradeschool size, but a men size. When they arrived they turned out to be a size 7Y. Cactus Jack 270 Reacts size 10.5 were sold as deadstock on the website. When they came in, they had dirt on both of the bottoms of the shoes and no tag. They said they couldn’t do anything for me about the jordan 4 PSGs, even though they had lied to me when I asked if it was in men’s or gradeschool. Gradeschool shoes are cheaper than mens shoes, so when they said they were in men’s sizing, it’s completely different than gradeschool prices. They didn’t seem at all bothered by my awful experience shopping with them. Will never buy anything from them again. They have shown to not care about customer service at all. Haven’t heart back about the Cactus Jack Reacts yet.Also, the $18 shipping ended up being awful. There was no bubble wrap, paper, or anything protective around any of the boxes. When the boxes arrived, the tape wasn’t even sealed on the box.

They are adamant in assisting you to get what your looking for!! The eclectic scenery completes the dope atmosphere!! This place is exclusive and I recommend it to any and everyone!!
