I have been coming to this office since I was a child. I have never had a smooth experience in the 10 years i've been a patient here. As an adult I have noticed even more things they do incorrectly. The Doctors themselves are good at what they do but their staff is horrible. Customer service is lacking. I have been without medication for weeks at a time because of lack of communication, missed appointments at other offices because of referrals not sent correctly, noticed HIPA violations, and many more things. If you would like to add more stress to your life then by all means come here. This office is a waste of space in Huntsville. Let someone else who knows how to run a business run this place.

they always take great care of my family, i just wish they would answer the phone more often but great staff and wonderful drs and therapist. We love them

This is for the location next to the Happi Urgent Care. The Hispanic one. Multiple HIPPA violations in the short amount of time that my daughter and I have been here. Saying our insurance information out loud, asking personal questions by yelling them over the front desk to where we’re sitting. Not to mention incorrectly taking her vitals. Making her speak while recording her BP, not letting her take her arm out of her thick sweater, to not recording her height correctly. The Medical Assistants have no idea what they’re doing. They definitely need to go back to school or training because they’re lacking a lot ??♀️

All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. NP Jastin was hands down one of the best providers I have ever seen. I highly recommend HAPPI care at the Sparkman location!

I think they’re just learning how to run a medical facility. This place is so unorganized and ask unnecessary irrelevant questions. Short staffed to where you have to sit longer than you should after your appointment time. Otherwise the staff is people friendly.

Horrible wait times . The new location on st Clair is even worse. They overbook appointments and you don’t even have a place to sit in the waiting room. Imagine arriving to your appointment and having to stand in a waiting room with a 6 month old. Just ridiculous

I can not say enough great things about this clinic and it’s employees. They were compassionate, professional and supportive during a very stressful time for me. Julie is the perfect practitioner. The old fashioned kind, that inspires trust. The patient rooms including the bathrooms were spotless. Highly recommend!

Our appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm and were still waiting to be seen a 4:00pm and this isn't the first time this has happened. Once seen everything is good but the wait time is ridiculous!!

The worse location! I’ve been here for 2 hrs just for getting the results of COVID or throat bacteria for my daughter. They said the same thing over and over again. “We’re full house”.

The staff is so amazing and sweet they are knowledgeable and more importantly they are very informative and they are more than willing to help and listen to your needs & concerns!!! Another thing the Dr office is so welcoming and beautiful on the inside they did a wonderful job on trying to make their patients and staff comfortable in their work environment & as for the patients there (at home feeling) I highly encourage and recommend them to contact them and they will be there to assist & help you every step of the way‼️???

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I went to the Happi at Franklin Street and the receptionist named Daniella is very rude and disrespectful. We asked a question about at what time we would go in because my appointment was at 9:15 and it was 9:35 when we asked her and she started screaming and answering mean. This is the third time she has behaved this way. Appointments are scheduled at a certain time and it takes about 2 or 3 hours for you to leave the clinic.The one in Sparkman is a little bit better and nicer.

New to the area and needed to be seen day of and needed antibiotics. The team here was so efficient/nice and nurse Katrina and Provider Meagan Gusmus made my experience great. They even have a pharmacy in-house, so I didn’t have to make a second trip.

Any time I have to take my daughter or myself to urgent care, I always come to Happi! They do get very busy so sometimes there is a little bit of a wait. However once roomed things move pretty quickly.The physicians are extremely kind, and listen to you. I've never left unsatisfied.I definitely recommend Happi Health to anyone needing to be seen quickly. Their in house pharmacy also saves you a trip to your pharmacy!

I would not go here. I moved from PA in September and since it’s been a little difficult finding a pediatrician/ Ped office, etc. for my daughter (3yr old), which I understand the understaffing scenarios. I was really happy that this facility was accepting new patients. Especially because my daughter is in need of seeing a ENT for her POST-OP with tonsil, adenoids removal and ear tubes.1) The day before they never confirmed my daughters appointment. The receptionist said it was because I never provided my e-mail. Mind you, I clearly remember providing it 4 times because she couldn’t spell my name and there was maybe some background noise. (Again which I comprehended and was ok with) Day of the appointment I couldn’t make it due to my daughter waking up with a fever, vomit and having to go to the hospital. So I called and rescheduled.(this appointment was for October their earliest)2) Got a November appointment called today to confirm since once again. I didn’t get a confirmation text or call and again, I understand things happen. I call and the receptionist tells me. “This nov app was canceled since you didn’t reschedule your oct”. I’m shocked. With all due respect this is very stupid! So I kindly responded if she knew what she was saying. To make things less complicated explained the situation. So she asked if I wanted to reschedule. Nope ! Nope! Nope! This lack of communication was just very unprofessional. Then they wanted to look who to blame. She said she would ask who rescheduled my appt last time for me. I’m very disappointed. Thankfully I have another office who did in fact confirm my appointment not 1 but 3 times!Very professional as well. I’m so happy I had a plan B. DONT GO HERE!

Good luck getting in. My daughter wasn't feeling well a few days after a car accident. Tried to check in at 4:30pm on a Tuesday, and was told to come back at 8:30am in the morning tommorow because they were done for the day. The operating hours are 8:30am-6:00pm. Personal opinion here, but not a good way to run an urgent care facility.
