WORST SECURITY SERVICE EVER. - I was told during set up that I could cancel any time, which isnt untrue, but you sign for FOUR years and cancellation isnt simple and you have to buy out the contract & Also HALO cannot help you, you have to call the company that monitors the security, and email them or mail them a handwritten letter requesting the cancellation.Also, forget actually feeling secure, HALO doesnt provide any real devices for monitoring such as cameras & literally came in and put a sensor for motion in my living room, and one on each door.... nothing on the windows, no one asked me if i wanted additional devices or anything.Door bell camera ... what a joke. Weve had 2 since we started with them, both broke and are basically worthless. Get a ring doorbell IMHOIf you want the bare minimum in security and pay $50/mo for an app on your phone that is only useful in changing the temp on your thermostat and opening garage doors, then by all means go with HALO, but if youre actually wanting security dont bother.Lastly, Id like to add that Aimee does not care at all about customer satisfaction. Her attitude towards clients seems to be dismissive and she doesnt care if you are happy with their service or not, I mean afterall once youve signed the contract theyve gotten what they wanted which was your money so theres nothing to gain by providing any real customer service after that point.Service: Security system installation

Terrible customer service. The phone number doesn't even ring like normal businesses. It's a cell phone without a voicemail set up. Zero features. Didn't get a doorbell camera for months!! No one calls when alarms are set off. What exactly am I paying for again? The builder made me think this was the only security company I could use with my touchscreen panel. First time home buyer and believed them until I found out otherwise from a neighbor. A huge con. I wish I could go back before signing that contract. don't do it, adt is just a few bucks more (like $10).

I would not recommend this company. My alarm can be armed and I can open the garage, front door or back door and the system will be delayed about 10-15 minutes before alarming me. That's a big issue for me. If you change your WIFI you will not be able to close your garage or lock your front door via the Alarm App. You will have to call them and let them know and they will send a technician out and there is a $135 service call fee or you can purchase a device to be able to change your Wifi password on your own. My garage has not been able to close via the app for able 2-3 months now. I'm receiving an error "Garage Unknown". They're unable to troubleshoot over the phone. So now in order to get this issue resolved I would have to pay the $135 service call fee. It's a big security and safety issue for me.Service: Security system installation

We paid to have multiple plugs/outlets installed and they did not do it. When asked, Blaze (owner of company btw) lied and blamed cabinetry people. Problem for Blaze is we have pictures and proof they did not and cabinetry people verified they didn't cover them. Asked for a fix and they said no. Asked for a refund and we are still waiting. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
