Leslie did a wonderful job on my hair color and extensions! So many people couldn't believe it wasn't my real hair, that's how well the color and blend were. I got so many compliments. I highly recommend Leslie for your hair goals!

Leslie is a great stylist and always amazes me at how great she truly is! I travel from Birmingham to come see her, and she is well worth the drive! If you are in need of a hair girl who does extensions this is definitely who you should go to!! I would 10/10 recommend her!

The owner and stylist were more than kind and truly genuinely sweet individuals, however I feel obligated to leave a review in case someone with very thin hair debates visiting for extensions.. Unfortunately the hair that I was sold was not great quality, overpriced and does not match my hair at all., I paid over $700 for three packs of 20 inch extensions and I still do not have the volume or length I wanted. I measured my extensions from weft to end and I have 16 inch extensions of hair. Closer to 15 not the 20 I paid for. I have multiple different lengths and colors. I am having to visit another salon for a corrective color with another very expensive outcome and another $700 of extensions. I feel this was just not a good fit for my particular situation with my hair. Very disappointed with the loss financially. Again the stylist did her best and everyone was kind. I just feel this salon is better suited for younger individuals not older women with thin hair needing extensions.

I Spoke with Megan at the salon on 1/25 And she made me an appointment and we confirmed for 1/26. Megan told me they were right beside Edgar’s bakery. When I got there for my appointment, the salon was closed and Megan was gone and she also denied ever talking to me. I feel like I dodged a bullet by appointment getting lost by this salon. it’s very bad business practice. I will not be doing business with them, and would warn others against. I think the worst part was Megan denied ever even speaking with me on the phone.

Booked online as I normally do and was charged $25 as a booking fee which was supposed to be applied to my haircut, but was not. I called after I checked my credit card statement and realized I was overcharged was told they would just apply it next time…not cool! I’ve now been charged $25 plus the actual haircut and tip! Basically, I was penalized for booking online and keeping my appointment. Definitely don’t trust to do this again.

I had the most amazing experience, I absolutely love my hair and My stylist, Genevieve is a hair genius and the sweet shampoo girl did a wonderful head massage and shampoo, I would highly recommend Gray Salon!!!Services: Haircut

I was really unhappy with my experience with extensions through Jenna and won't be coming back or recommending this salon to anyone. There were constant scheduling issues and color matching issues/stock issues. I believe there is a newer girl working the desk thankfully because it took literally a week of trying to call the salon to get anyone to answer the phone, a literal week. I get my color done somewhere else and my hairstylist commented on how my extensions weren't blended well into my hair at all and that I paid "California money" for them, meaning they were overpriced for what I got done. And it wasn't her being biased- a couple other stylists came by and were stunned as well. I took my extensions out at home after two weeks of having them because I couldn't stand them anymore, I couldn't wear them straight and they HAD to be curled to look decent. I was happy to pay the price for quality work but that's not what I received. Not to mention the unfriendly environment. I was pretty much ignored for my whole installation while she talked to everyone else in there. Definitely seemed like the kind of environment that they would be talking about you as soon as you left through those doors.

Jenna has been doing my hair for the past 2 years & I have loved my hair each & every time! I have asked for a “cool wheat” & I get just that!!! She is quick & proficient…I’m never in the salon more than 3 hours max (full highlight, cut & style) She’s enjoyable to talk to & has become my personal friend as well!Service: Hairstyling

I absolutely recommend Genevieve for your hair services! She will listen to every detail about your wants and desires for your hair, even if you don't really KNOW for sure what you want. I was an absolute mess coming in and she genuinely cared about the services she was providing. She is sweet and understanding and will make you feel beautiful! Definitely 5 stars and will be coming back! Thanks so much girl!❤

Salon has a great and friendly atmosphere. Any time I have gone for highlights or full blonding I have been happy with the results. The only issue I will not be returning because of, is that I was given multiple add on services such as a keratin treatment and deep condition of which I did not ask for or consent to. Both of those raised my bill over 150 more than the stylist discussed.i could understand if pricing got raised after a quote due to extra bowls of bleach or toner but these were strictly add on treatments ( per site) that I was not asked nor told about. I have no problem paying for services but don't appreciate this scenario.
