All of then (expect one) were watching TV. And the mechanic that could fix my car they didn't know where it was. They found him 10 minutes later. I hope this is not something normal every day but just on incident.

Went in to ask about repairing a slow leak and found out I needed a new set of tires. Christopher gave me all the information I needed and pointed me in the right direction. He made a bad situation not so bad with his help. I’ll definitely be coming back With all my tire needs here in Huntsville

1) Advertised hours are wrong2) Rude and condescending1- the website, voicemail, and Google all state this location is open until 7 pm on weekdays. Twice in the past week, I tried calling the location a little after 6 when I got off work. No one answered, but the voicemail claimed they were still open, so I drove there, and the whole place was shut down. I wasted my time on multiple occasions because information couldn't be updated2- I called during work today to verify hours and ask about brake pads and new tires. The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I had to ask questions multiple times for him to acknowledge them, and he would bark information at me instead of listening to what I wanted to know. I thought by now you could be a friendly female without being treated as incompetent. I'll be taking my service somewhere that respects people.

Great service from the managers Ken & Chris to the mechanics. I made an appointment and had rear brakes done. I would recommend you consider them for your next brake job.

The Goodyear at 7036 US 72 was great. Friendly and fast service. And I didn’t have an appointment. Great job guys. Highly recommend!!! ??The Goodyear in madison (Clem tire)Not so good. The person behind the counter had bad attitude. ????

The crew at this Goodyear store are great. Quick and efficient. I DO recommend. I got to drive my car for 3 or 4 hours before my alternator ate my battery???

Needed a new truck battery. Got a great deal on the battery, and they installed it. The best thing about it was the customer service. I will make this Goodyear my auto repair stop for all my needs. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for great work and excellent service.

I’m here as a customer trying to call and see if they have a tire for my car but I’ve been placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and still nobody knows how to answer the phone
