Overpriced worn out junk. Why are all you boomers keeping the prices high by continuing to buy at outrageous prices? You can literally buy new online for cheaper or same price. Learn to use the internet… my god.

Horrible donation experience. They only allow one car in the donation/pick up area at a time which is fine, but the other day I was waiting outside the gate (where it says to wait) and there was a truck picking up a purchase when another truck whips around me to drop off donations. They don't say anything to the driver and accept his donations so I pull in after he leaves and they come out yelling at me they only allow one car at a time (after I'd already been waiting over 15 minutes). Obviously they didn't need my donation so I went elsewhere to a more friendly location.

The worst thrift store I’ve ever visited hands-down, and I’ve been to a lot of them. Staff is unfriendly and ignores you when you speak to them, prices are insanely high on items that are old and worn. The store is always a mess and it’s obvious that no one really ever bothers to put new items out that often, because every time I’ve been here it’s always the exact same stuff on the shelves. Very little product to go through. Spend 5 minutes in here and you’ll have seen all there is to see. The building is dirty and smelly. I have no idea what this place needs to change in order to fix its issues, but I hope they can refurbish it soon. It’s outdated. Hoping that one day things improve here.

I dropped off a carload of donations and the staff was incredibly rude and acted put upon because they actually had to do their job. I’ll be going to the Humane Society on the other side of town from now on.

First of all the store is ridiculously overpriced when they are giving all there merchandise for free. They don't do that much for the community. The store was like walking into an oven they have to keep the AC on 77 and no higher as they said it freezes up then I guess it's time to get a new one God knows you are making the money to get one I feel bad for the employees.I believe the store made over 2 million dollars last year, and I'm sure the CEO makes their share of it. It's nothing but greed that seems to be what it's all about.

I would leave Zero Stars if it would let me !It is so hot in the south Huntsville store that it is making it impossible to go in and shop. Be warned. Feel so bad for the people that actually work in the store.UNBEARABLE!

Was in there yesterday and when I walked in it was like a heat wave that hit me. I truly believe it was cooler outside. I asked if their A/C was not working but was told they had to keep it on a certain temperature. I was in there for a few minutes and decided I couldn't stay in there. I was getting over heated. As I was leaving one of the employees looked like she was about to pass out from being so hot. I feel sorry for all the employees that are having to work in there. This is a big company and I believe you can afford to pay an electric bill so that your employees can work in a better more comfortable condition. Very sad.

The staff at this location were rude to my children and myself. They asked one of my sons where his mother was. Which I was right in the store a few isles over. The 3 ladies working all stood behind the counter when I was checking out. I bought an item that had a pink tag (which I thought was considered a red tag). but when I walked out the door I realized that my receipt did not give the red tag discount. So I went RIGHT BACK IN and asked them about it. They told me that it was a pink tag not red. I understood this and said that I actually would like to return it then. They said that they could not do that bc I had left the store (I never drove away, but I did walk out the door). They said it was corporate policy that once you leave the store they can not issue a refund. They said there were cameras. And they all just stood there agreeing with each other, nodding their heads. Never did they offer me a store credit or exchange etc. They basically just said they couldn't do it. So I just left. It really leaves a bad taste in my mouth regarding Goodwill which is a For-Profit business. I feel the customer service could be much improved. Negative staff just doesn't feel good.

Dropped off a truckload of clothing. Receiving seemed to be manned by young thugs on parole or court mandated community service. There was no responsible supervision and they seemed to enjoy acting like “butts” and exercising the little authority they have…mainly over clothes hangers. I did not feel welcome or comfortable, quite the contrary. I won’t go back to this location

Lots of clothes, but a little bit of everything. Prices were very low.

How do they consistently have the rudest, least helpful pickup staff?? It’s literally people giving you stuff for free and you manage to make it weird and bad. I’ll drive the extra 2 minutes to the next thrift store up the road, gladly.

Joey is the best part of goodwill. He is so pleasant and welcoming and always helps our family when we are here.

Joey Glover has been extremely helpful every time I come into the Lilly flag branch. He is great with the customers and always helpful. I think he would be a great manager for any of your locations. I have witnessed him problem solving and building many customer relationships. Better not lose him

Wanted to buy a large bolt of cloth missing a price tag. Employee said she couldn’t sell it to me. I spoke with a manager who also refused to price it and sell it…???They get these donations 100% free and can’t be bothered to simply give it price? It was enough cloth to make 7 new quality blankets that would have been donated to Downtown Rescue Mission.Been doing this about 25 years across the south east and Goodwill is usually all about the community. I don’t know what’s changed but I’m very disappointed. We continued looking around the store to support their mission and our mission but when I overheard the original employee talking bad about us we left.We still support goodwills but can’t support this store with the current problems . You’d think these folks would be happy enough having their job to actually do the job. You’d think they’d want the sell to support their co workers? Sad
