Originally gave Gigaparts 2 stars for a failed repair. But Customer Service went out of their way to try to make it right. Now they still couldn't fix the unit, but I have moved my rating up to 3 as I felt the customer service folks really tried but the repair techs didn't. I am now working directly with the OEM to get it fixed.

Stand behind the products that they sell I read of pawning it off to the manufacturer. They wanted nothing to do with a broken antenna that I received. I had to do all the leg work in getting the faulty antenna replaced. Lousy service.

Wow what great customer service and will continue to do business with them and looking forward to my next purchase with them! Don't forget they have competitive prices and the value of getting your order from one shop knowing what you will get is worth everything!

I ordered an antenna. It was defective and I wanted an exchange. I was told I first had to send the antenna back at my own expense. This was about $17 to ship. The antenna cost about $30. Then I would have to re-purchase the antenna and pay for shipping again. Basically, I paid them to try out a defective antenna. I read so many complaints on the BBB website about Gigaparts return policy and selling defective equipment to customers. It's horrible customer service. I will not order anything from them again. Update: After writing this review, Gigaparts' Sales reached out to me to rectify the situation, listened, and promptly refunded the shipping costs to return the antenna. Thanks for taking your customer's concerns seriously.

I bought a mobile ham radio, an antenna and some wires and connectors. The antenna arrived bent but Janell took care of me and accepted the return even though the defect was apparently noted on the website. Very happy with the customer service.

Excellent choices, service, and fair pricing. I have never had a bad a experience with this awesome business. My go to for many things. Their contribution to the radio hobby and services is outstanding as seen in multiple equipment reviews made possible by their community support.

Ordered online on October 12th, by Saturday, order was stated as complete. I expected my shipment by Monday or Tuesday of the following week based on what I paid for shipping. However, on Monday called customer service to find out one of my items was waiting to be sent to Memphis so all of my items could be shipped at once. Called the following Tuesday and the order still wasn’t completed. The customer service representative I spoke with on Tuesday was great and got all my items filled and shipped, even though they were going to be delivered at a later date than originally expected. Was never informed from Gigaparts that one of my items was originally going to be delayed.

10/03/2023: I dropped off a computer for repairs. They were extremely nice. I'll update when I have more information.10/06/2023: I picked up the computer today. The computer is working perfectly. The hard drive was corrupt. They went above and beyond, trying to get the computer back to the same appearance it was for my elderly mother. They even turned it on when we picked it and allowed her the opportunity to request changes.

Great store to deal with and everything comes in the mail very quick. Just wish I could win one of their giveaways. Starting to wonder if they really pick winners or not!!!! That’s why I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5, is because I’m just iffy about their contests.

Me and my dad bought every part to our pc from giga parts, everything is very reliable and fast. We had trouble installing a cpu cooler and John the manager helped us figure everything out.

I recently brought my laptop in for repairs and did not have a good experience at all with the diagnostic process. For reference, I brought in my laptop requesting to have the left hinge fixed or replaced.Firstly, GigaParts charges an $80 diagnostic fee, and both on the phone and in the store I was told I would be contacted between 1-3 days about a quote for repairs, and the $80 would go towards said repairs. I didn't want a diagnostic but was told it was required for a repair of the issue I already identified. After 4 business days I had not heard back from GigaParts and called in. I was told that they were "still trying to figure out what to do" and they would call me later that day. About 5 hours later I received an email asking me to call in to receive the quote. When I called back later I was essentially told the issue I initially reported and an issue that was reported by my laptop's built in diagnostic test that automatically runs on start up (a problem with one of the fans). So I've essentially paid $80 to be told issues about my laptop I was already aware of, after the time frame I was promised, which required me to call in myself to have a service I already paid for completed. They said they had more repairs than usual and were apologetic but I'm still out $80 for this. Then they quoted me the cost for an entire new upper assembly (used) for the hinge issue as well as a new fan. Ultimately this would be an extra $400 charge on top of the $80 for parts and labor. I know that GigaParts doesn't control the prices of vendors they buy from, but I believe a new top assembly is an unnecessary replacement as it is fully functional other than the hinge (which I was easily able to find online individually). For a 2 year old laptop that was less than $1500 new, I did not think nearly $500 was worth it given that the laptop is operational.Ultimately I decided not to get a repair done because 1. I needed the laptop back before the estimated time the parts would come in (about 2 weeks after being handed to GigaParts) which is not GigaParts' fault, but 2. because of the total price that included what I believe to be unnecessary replacements. At this point, I'll just try to repair the hinge myself after I found tools I am able to borrow. The employees were very polite, but I am still out $80 for essentially nothing and don't want people to be similarly blindsided.
