Stephen went above and beyond helping me replace a damaged Switch Lite that we had purchased a warranty on for my girlfriend’s oldest son. He was very helpful and kind and did more than was necessary to make things right after some struggle with a store in a different part of town, so I intend to be shopping with him whenever possible at GameStop. Happy is an understatement.

Great team. The manager is very friendly, professional and informative. If online has deals, they usually have deals on other items. Best of both worlds. This is one of my favorite stores! Clean, organized and welcoming environment.

Kinda bummed to be reviewing so poorly. But 1 issue turned into multiple issues and I feel others need to be wary of buying used from them. I bought the Bioshock collection and the Borderlands Handsome collection. For starters, they didn't check any of the discs. I got home (I live out of town) and discovered my Bioshock 2 disc was in fact Assassin's Creed Origins...which was alright I guess - I hadn't gotten to play it yet. Well, I went to download Borderlands instead and the disc was corrupted. Another L. Then if that wasn't enough my remaining Bioshock disc was completely filthy. Some kind of grease with hairs on it and super sticky. I've been disgruntled with GameStop for quite a long time now and I guess that's on me for going back. Back to digital it is.

A great spot for local apes to spend tendies before or after a trip to Moon. They usually have a good selection of used games for such a small shop. They have a friendly staff to help you find the latest games and pokemon sets. Definitely the best GameStop in the area.

Came here this afternoon with my girlfriend, since it was time for me to play a new game on the Xbox One after beating the game, Bully. One of the cashiers helped me out, since I wasn't sure what to get. Finally settled a new game called Blacksad: Under the Skin and I'm hoping I like it. New store looked really good and nice in my opinion.

Not one to ever leave a review but this is the worst GameStop in the world had terrible experiences and people promising stuff that they couldn’t deliver, would not recommend in the least bit to anyone wanting to purchase anything here unless convenient.

The girl working today as the cashier was rude and unwilling to help. Completely blew me off. Thanks to the employees at the other GameStop for being willing to help.
