Good place to get gifts, I've picked up gifts for my girlfriend on a couple of occassions from Francesca's. I like their sales too.

I just had a discouraging encounter with Heather at the store. I had made a purchase online on 8/8 and it was delivered to the store and I picked it up 8/17. I never looked at the item but once I got it home, it didn’t look quite as pictured online (that happens sometimes). I went out of town for a week and came in to process the return today, on 8/29, and was told by Heather that I could not get a refund due to it being more than 21 days. I tried to explain that the order was made but it took more than a week to ship and she cut me off and said that she would not argue with me. She then said “well even if the 21 days was not an issue then I could only do store credit because I paid with PayPal”. I tried to explain to her again that I had not had the item for 21 days and also asked where the return rules were located but she pointed me to a sign she has there in the store except for I didn’t make the order in the store so that sign would have never helped. I have not read the website and found the exact statement “All eligible items* must be returned or exchanged accompanied with original receipt and tags within 21 days of when you received your item(s).” So, Heather was completely rude and gave incorrect informational about timeline of returns and what date to calculate 21 days from. I do not typically shop at this store and now never will! I will now just return the item through the mail which is free of charge.

I went to the store to see if I could find a specific jacket I wanted to try on and buy that was on their website. I was not welcomed and was ignored by the employees until I asked if they could order something for me, which they did not want to order. Also, they did not know how to put my discount code in.
