Very pleasant shopping experience tonight! Heather went above and beyond helping us find the right item and the right fit, even ordering some pieces to the store for us. Not to mention she stayed after closing time to make sure we got fully taken care of. Thank you!

Good place to get gifts, I've picked up gifts for my girlfriend on a couple of occassions from Francesca's. I like their sales too.
