I had return item to ship. I needed it to go out asap. I had never used FedEx up to this point. I went in with a lot of questions, feeling ill prepared. The young man who waited on me had all the answers, was courteous, professional, and expedient! . And the price was right! 5 solid stars

This location is obviously understaffed, to the point where it can't be relied upon to be open during its stated business hours. I've never had this problem with the other FedEx Office location nearby (4711 University Dr).

This is a very nice place to ship! Alice and all the staff is great! ALWAYS helpful, attentive, polite. all who works there are highly qualified specialists. I would highly recommend this office!
