The online hours are wrong. I showed up at 1:28pm to drop off a prepacked FedEx envelope, and they were rolling down the door. She said they are closed from 1:30pm to 2:00pm for lunch. I said I just needed to drop off the envelope, and she said "Sorry, come back at 2" I guess they don't want to stay in business.

I contacted FedEx customer svc because of a package delay. The rep was courteous and set ne up with text msgs which doesn't appear to be an option on FedEx web page, other than email.The reason for 2 stars is failed promises of delivery times and dates beyond the icy roads a week ago. This makes 5 days of clear roads and still no package and more broken etas.

Ashley was wonderful, and they other staff were very attentive. My products were created just as I ordered, and I definitely recommend them!
