Great service, I have my house with them and just added my vehicles. They keep me informed every step of the way and make every effort to get me the best rates and coverage.

Had them insuring my home and auto for 6 years. The auto prices were alright but as it turned out they were charging around $5000/year for my home insurance where the rate should have been around $1200 based on my new carrier. The rate was hidden through escrow so it went on for years without me realizing how bad it was. Then when I did notice and asked them they did requote, at a lower but still high rate but I had to do house repairs and "might not be able to get the rate" because I have a lot of running vehicles parked at my home so they warned that I may lose coverage if I tried to switch. So after those repairs were done I just went to a new carrier which was not such a hassle and nowhere near as expensive. I just don't understand how this extremely high rate was dinging me or for how long it was going on for. Did it start this high? Did they slip the rate in after a few years? Very bad pricing regardless. I'm just glad I'm out of that mess. Watch out for insurance rates if you're a new homeowner. You may not notice how badly you're being charged.
On a positive note, their general customer service was fantastic and didn't pressure me when I called to cancel everything.
