Who ever these new people at the Huntsville Alabama store that keeps calling my phone harrasing me about 48 dollars and it’s a late payment they say the young girl is rude I told her I would b in next month to make a payment mind u i just made a payment on the 14
Then a guy gets on the phone demanding a payment lol but I been asking for a new bunk bed since July and all they want to do is send a repair guy out and it broke again then they ordered a part for it and it’s still loose. Bad customer service and management

Customer service is beyond one of the best I've experienced. They worked with me on down payment, timing, deliveries, etc and kept me informed every step of the way. They don't keep you there for hours and try to upsell you. I highly recommend this great team. My family loves the furniture and I love the price

Wonderful store with beautiful furniture. The sales ladies are very nice and the store manager helped me match furniture colors with my new floors, she knows her merchandising. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in suggesting coloring schemes for my room layouts. I haven't purchased yet, but when I do, I will definitely be purchasing from Farmers Home Furniture in Huntsville. If you want to feel welcome and like family, go see Cheryl and her team.

I was warmly welcomed when I entered the store by both the sales associate and the store manager. I told them what I was looking for and they quickly directed me to exactly what I had hoped to find.. I had a small issue with one of the items after it was delivered and the fault could have easily been the result of an error on my part but that question was never raised. What happened was the store manager apologized for my trouble and quickly send a repair person out to repair the problem. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Farmer's Home.

Got a sofa & loveseat and Washer and Dryer over $4,000. It’s was in 11/2023, 4 months. Washer has already messed up. Called Farmers several times over 2 and a half weeks. They told me the appliance repair company would call and set up a service call. Still NO call. No service. I feel they get your business and then do not hold up their end of service care. I wish I could return everything and just go to a rental store. I will never buy from farmers again. Will keep posted when I do get the washer repaired.
