I waited on my truck for almost 2 months. They never call to let me know any progress, I always had to call them. I spent good money on my repairs with them. My truck is now back having the same issues. They were nice people however.

I’ve lived in Huntsville my entire life and this is probably a small handful of one of the best auto shops in town. Mike, the mechanic that worked on my car was extremely helpful! I went on a wild goose chase around town trying to find one place to fix my car and just as I was about to give up he approached me and kindly asked me if I needed some help. He quoted me on an amazing price and had my car ready that day! It was extremely spontaneous and I cannot thank y’all enough for the kindness and amazing customer service y’all have shown me I will definitely be back!.

Thos place is awesome the owner is a good dude and honest they will not cheat you out of money or make up other broke parts. If anyone need import work they do a awesome job I would recommend anyone that love there car like I do to go here.

I found Faith Automotive to be the best auto shop I ever dealt with in my life. From ther young lady I met in the office to the mechanic that understood my situation. I left there very happy and ther price was excellent . I was most impressed with the mechanic ( I'm sorry not good with names) understood that I was trying to make it back to Texas so he took could care of me. Again, Faith Automotive gets more than five stars from me and I highly recommend anyone looking for an honest auto shop to call them. Thank you from my heart. You all are awesome.
