Call me petty, maybe I am, but the way I see it is, you can have the best prices in town, but if your store isn't properly maintained (bathroom: no soap, holes in door, sink dirty. If the customer service is terrible, like morbidly terrible, that kills it. That's why when I was a manager cell phones was prohibited if you had even 1 customer in the store, unless a special circumstance happened like an emergency. I'm not going to turn this into a rant, but is the "Golden Rule" not taught to children anymore? I get it "growth" is supposed to be a good thing, but as Madison County Alabama grows, all the "Southern Hospitality" is dying on a daily... breaks my heart
