Stop to buy some Mucinex ask to use restroom I was told they didn't have one. I told the man working in the front it said as for the key. He said I told you we didn't have one in a nasty way. It's was about 7:30 I told him I will take my business to another store.

Just witnessed the manager SAM BOLTON deny a 4 year old girl that was about to use the bathroom on herself access to the WORKING BATHROOMS. Said he wasn’t allowing customers to use the CUSTOMER BATHROOMS. He let a young child pee herself and be embarrassed beyond belief in a store instead letting her use the restroom. I am absolutely APPALLED that this is the way SAM BOLTON treats children. He was beyond disrespectful and rude. Please keep your children and business away from this store, I am absolutely disgusted at Sam’s behavior and DG should be too. Who lets a child go the bathroom on themselves instead of using a bathroom when there are 2 working ones that are literally meant for customers in the first place? Sam should be ashamed of himself and DG should be ashamed to have someone like that manage their store.

When I pull up to my neighborhood dollar general store to grab something I need at 8:55pm, knowing it closes at 9pm, I expect the store to be open! Doors shouldn’t be closed and locked at 8:55!

FIRST OFF IT IS UNCALLED FOR TO HAVE A PLACE OF BUSINESS AND NOT EVEN CARE ENOUGH TO PICK UP THE GARBAGE OUTSIDE I ALMOZT DIDNT STOP HERE DUE TO THE GARBAGE EVERYWHERE I EVEN ASKED THE MANAGER IF HE WANTED FOR 100$ I WOULD CLEAN HIS PARKING LOT HE SAID IM GOOD AND TO WHOM EVER OWNS THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED LOOKS LIKE YOU NEED HIRE NEW STORE MANAGER OR ATLEAST PICK UP THE GARBAGE .SO FOR CLEAN PARKING LOT I RAFE YOU A NEGATIVE 3.

This dollar general is great!!! Everyone is ALWAYS very friendly... There is one older lady, (caucasian) that is VERY RUDE.. she is not very well at customer service. She bums me out everytime i see her there.. other than that everyone else is great.. juat awesome
