I have been going to Diehl Auto for many years now and have always had excellent service. Anytime that I had any questions they were answered and the communication has always been great. Would recommend to anyone good ppl here that can trust.

My wife went to Diehl to schedule an appointment for my car since I was unable to. My Hyundai Elantra 2013 had slight looseness in the steering wheel/increased vibration. I also had my struts checked since another automotive company recommended to get them replaced. The people at Diehl were polite and helpful towards my wife and showed her the parts that were most likely causing the problem. We were given an estimated cost and got scheduled for drop off. Their mechanic gave me a call and informed me that the struts were in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. The repair for the steering wheel was done the same day for the price they quoted. Overall, very positive experience. Hopefully I won't have car issues in the future, but if I do I'll come back here again!

I brought in my mom's new (used) Subaru for a pre-purchase inspection before she bought it. They were able to see me quickly, were up-front about pricing, and were very efficient and professional. Importantly, they took great care to thoroughly explain to me the condition of the car and the likelihood of any repairs in the future.
My mom went back to them to check for a smell (we suspected antifreeze leakage). She said the same thing that I had thought: these are trustworthy and fair people! I recommend them highly.
On top of that, she noted that the bathrooms and waiting room were comfortable and clean, which is a high standard for her :)

I highly recommend Diehl Automotive. These guys are honest and smart. I was treated poorly by another repair shop in town (I suspect because I am a female) who couldn't fix an issue they created with my Nissan. Diehl diagnosed and fixed the atypical problem in a timely fashion. I will use them again!

My 2008 Infinity M35 would not recognize the smart key fob, and demonstrated the ole infamous amber colored key warning. I called several repair shops to include infinity in which they listed a multitude of possible problems, and could not get me in for a diagnosis and repair for a week or so. Diehl Automotive was highly recommended by another highly recommended auto repair shop (that could not get me scheduled in a timely manner). Not only did Diehl get my car scheduled for repair on the same day, their top notch mechanic James sort of knew what the problem was due to his vast experience working on infinity products. James was able to complete a thourough diagnosis of the problem in a quick manner and he also went above and beyond to find very reasonably price parts to save money versus me going directly to the dealer/stealer. James as well as the young lady that greet and answer phone questions are the best! The M35 is now running perfectly because of the superb service provided by Diehl automotive , specifically James....So, I'm a very satisfied customer and will utilized their service from this point on!
