Received a bill for a service that they never provided. When you call the customer service number, you are placed in an endless loop and unable to speak with anyone about the error. This was processed through my insurance company and I will be reporting it to them so they know they paid out incorrectly!

These people in the billing office will FLAT OUT LIE!!!! I have been waiting for an overpay reimbursement for over 3 months. I have called 6 times and have been lied to every time. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and wish I could do more to warn people about them!!!

Very hard to deal with and reluctant to do their job. Do not recommend these people!
