I encountered the worst customer service experience at my local DGX. July 1, 2023. I entered the store looking for a condiment and I found it and proceeded to the register where I found the cashier on a personal call ringing up my things and not acknowledging me as a customer. The condiment I was purchasing came out to be higher than what the tag said in the aisle and I asked her about it. We walked to the spot where I found it and we noticed it was in the wrong spot and it had two full facings of the product. She rudely told me that the label says the right price and I told her I must I’ve looked at the first facing. She rudely told me that I didn’t have to buy the product and I told her I still wanted it and they shouldn’t double face something and the label not match. I explained to her that it was misleading and she told me to get out of the store because she was the manager and she was not about to deal with this because it’s her store. She then took the work phone and called the police. I asked her for the store number and cooperate’s number and she refused. So I asked her are you refusing to give it to me and she yelled and said I don’t have it. This experience was unprofessional and I am disappointed with the service of management.

Extremely rude manager who spoke with more disrespect than I've ever heard of. I was with my grandmother and she's disabled the manager came out and said some other most awful stuff I have ever heard. I asked about applying for a job and she told me that I can never work there she was very hateful and very racist obviously.

Such a much needed and welcome addition! I’ve lived downtown for 7 years and it is so convenient to walk a couple blocks for practically anything you need. The addition of produce and more grocery items is great, it’s clean, it obviously has more staff than the others nearby, and they’re all friendly and helpful!
