I came in almost at closing on Saturday evening…The gentlemen at the counter found my item from online and then kindly price matched it yesterday and he was very helpful. The best part was the fact that he was friendly at the same time.

I was the only customer in the store on a Wed afternoon. One 40 and one 20 yr old lady. 20 yr on a ladder stocking maybe boots and 40 assisting.
After a very long search through gloves, I had to ask for help with cold weather gloves and 40 points to a rack within a step of her and goes about telling 20 what to do.
20 came over to help a minute air two later when 40 went over to chat and laugh with a 25 yr old male employee came in the front door.
20 was very helpful and polite. I bought a neck gator and drove 3 miles dow the road and bought the same glove I was interested in at cycle gear but didn’t want to buy because I wasn’t greeted or treated special by the 40 yr mgr standing 20 ft from me.
I know it must suck working in a retail motorcycle accessory store, especially for women, and maybe it was just the worst 15 minutes of 40’s day.

It’s nice to have a local shop that you can go in and actually try things on. Went in the other day, saw the jacket I wanted, and walked out with it. Didn’t have to order It and risk having to return it!
