Gave me medication I have severe reactions that had me in physical pain twice even after I told them to stop giving me it and to put it on my notes, but blames doctor for (and I quote by the pharmacist on phone) "doctor put it in the notes they don't look at." So I had to call my doctor and ask them to click the box telling them to fill it as it is written on the prescription, because they without asking decide to change it on their own due to them thinking my damn insurance wont pay (whether it is insurance or not I have money to pay). After I realized it was wrong the first time I call my doctor to make sure it was not them that sent it wrong and they showed me it was sent correct. The pharmacist put me on hold after I told her no my doc sent it correctly it "randomly" hangs up on me. After I got them to answer again that is when they informed me they didn't have the medication in stock and some bs about my insurance. A few times after I get the right med now I am having to deal with more crap and now have to try to find another CVS that has pharmacist that actually care and do their job. It is nobody's fault that these people chose this as their profession, but if they don't like it get another profession. They shouldn't be careless with people's meds.

Awesome! Because I took my EIP card to withdraw my stimulus check from the ATM machine there. First it was not easy but I have to put a call across to IRS then I got it right.
1,200 Dollars I got from the EIP card.
Wow all these happened in 2019.

Consistent lack of interest in providing customer service. Eye rolls and heavy sighs are often observed, as well. No effort is put forth to make transactions pleasant and respectful. They hang up the phone mid conversation, prescriptions are not processed in a timely manner, and services, like delivery, stop without any notice. An incredibly disappointing experience each time, over the last two years. No one smiles or even pretends to be remotely friendly. Their management must be failing or the wrong individuals are being selected for these positions. I do not recommend this pharmacy unless you have zero interest in pleasant human interactions.

I just got off the phone with Edwin in the pharmacy. In a time when customer service seems to be on the decline in some places I must say that Edwin has certainly given stellar customer service!! I am having to switch one of my daughter' prescriptions from my current pharmacy to another pharmacy as dictated by her dad's insurance. It is an inconvenient task, however Edwin made it that much easier by offering to call my current pharmacist to have it transferred. This may not seem like a huge deal to most but it was a huge help for my current situation!! Keep up the great great work!!

I trained at this store when I first started working for CVS, and I enjoyed it. it’s very clean and the people were very nice. I’ve had to send a couple scripts to this location for inventory reasons and they ALWAYS have it quick!

Not that these chain companies care about reviews. This is for everyone else. Go Somewhere else. Don't walk, RUN.The staff has always been rude be it inside at the counter checking out or at the pharmacy. The icing on the cake is I started feeling sick. Went for a Covid Rapid Test. They have withheld the results for 4 days without any reason. The Patient Support has sent the store numerous requests to release the results and still I have not received them. They are the pure embodiment of the alt right.

The entire staff is terrible! Manager with a bonnet on her head at the register. Pharmacy staff..including pharmacist is ghetto and extremely loud. It was an emergency stop, but I'd rather drive across town!

Went today for our Covid booster. Spoke with a total of four employees and they were all so nice and professional. Best experience we’ve ever had at a CVS. Well done!
