Employees are nice. The problem was with the passport photo. CVS needs a new camera and placement ( better lighting) for taking the photos. $16.99 was steep for the 2 photos and additional copies were not discounted; copies 16.99

I would recommend getting pictures developed somewhere else. I spent over 2 hours editing my pictures. Once they printed, they were terrible quality. They look like a picture of a picture. I have printed off pictures from the same phone at other retailers and they were normal. I contacted customer service and was told to return them to the store because of the 100% satisfaction guarantee. I returned to the store and the young lady tried 3 times to complete the return. Each time a note printed that said the return could not be completed. I again, contacted customer service and was told to contact a third party and that they could not complete the return. Now I have a giant stack of pictures that can’t be displayed.

Hands down the worst Pharmacy Ive ever been to disorganized. I was told “A couple minutes” after 50 I’m then told “or he has to give a vaccine then you’re next.After an hour and a half Im then asked are you enrolled in text messages. Every single person was prioritized that came in after me. Last time the pharmacy opened an hour and a half late. Id pick any cvs but this one.

The pharmacist at this CVS is very rude, aggressive, and appeared aggravated. Her tone is condescending and she seems stressed out and as if she took her frustration out on me. She made a mistake when filing my medication, but did not take accountability and admitted to not even reviewing my record and it’s entirety. I will not be using this CVS Pharmacy again.

Terrible pharmacy. They sent me notification that my medication would be there 3 days before I came down to get it. I trusted the message. Got to the pharmacy and they have no idea when my medication will be there. Then they expected me to hunt CVS’s around time to find it. The person behind the counter didn’t even seem to care or have a concern in the world about the medication not being available.

Horrible. Just horrible customer service. Dropped off a prescription, they gave me a time to return to pick it up, was not ready so they asked me to drive around to let the customers behind me get their prescriptions. That’s fine, I understand. When I got back to the window, they asked me to drive around again because the prescription was still not yet ready. I told them that they gave me a time to return and the young lady was very rude. You’re lucky my employer basically requires me to use CVS and you need to work on your customer service. I will drive across town to use a different CVS from now on.

They stopped accepting our blue cross insurance, then refused to transfer our scripts. Absolutely horrible service.

I received the third round of COVID vaccine at the CVS pharmacy on Whitesburg last night and it went very smoothly. There was no wait time, the vaccine booth was private, and the nurse was extremely kind, gentle, and knowledgeable.If you have been hesitant to get your booster from a retail pharmacy (as opposed to your doctor's office or the hospital), I would certainly recommend talking to a vaccine provider here who can address your concerns. This vaccine experience was far less hectic and time consuming than my previous two shots.

Had to start using CVS because of our insurance TriCare. The ladies that have waited on me are not friendly at all and the questions I asked her she did not give me an answer. Most of our prescriptions are higher than they are from where we did get them. Asked if they filed with all three of our insurances she did not have an answer. One thing I do like is we get three months supply instead of of one month. Will stay with them hopefully things will get better.Other thing it takes awhile to pick up prescriptions always a line. Will try to talk to someone next time I am in there to get some answers

My husband & I went to CVS around 6:00pm, when we walked in we had a question about a gift card we had & spoke with a young lady named Skylar who was working the cash register. This girl SHOULD NOT be working directly with the public!! She was rude & really lacked custumer service skills!! She never greeted us but instead acted like we didn't belong there. If she can't be polite to customers perhaps she should find a job where she doesn't have to work with customers!! WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION & WILL LET OTHERS KNOW HOW BIASED THIS BUSINESS CAN BE!!!

Tara was so nice, helpful, professional and helpful. This is probably the nicest CVS in Huntsville that I have been in. Well stocked and excellent customer service. Thank you for the positive experience.
